  • Thanks for watching!
Today, we are going to introduce you to a series of snacks from around the world!
"Hotteok" is a traditional snack that is very popular in Korean food stalls. It is a delicious snack made of fermented flour and tapioca flour, covered with a cheese sauce, and baked flat.
Since I didn't have tapioca flour, I made "Cheese Hotteok" using white bean flour and pancake mix as a substitute.
The outside is crispy, but the dough is chewy and the cheese is melting inside...
It's easy to make but so delicious, no wonder it's so popular in Korea!
I want to go to an authentic Korean food stall to try the real thing!
