      Hi Lily Jin,
We are unable to answer legal questions on social media. We work with Florida clients based on the cases and after completing conflict checks.
You have very specific details that would need to be provided to attorneys that you are considering working with. Calling the office will be the first step in this process.
Thank you for your question and for watching!

Are these supposed to be sent to beneficiaries of a living trust while the grantor is still alive ir is this only after the grantor has passed ?
Sorry but unless you block me I’ll probably continue to stalk your channel with these questions lol

      Hi Where To Next,
You have great questions and all are valid. You're probably referring to the annual trust accounting required of trustees in Florida.
However, I'm not allowed to answer questions through social media. This is not personal, it's in accordance with Florida Bar rules governing attorneys.
We can't address questions until after we find out if it is a case we can accept, and much more.
Thank you for watching AND for your questions.

@@BloodworthLawPLLC Thanks. It a different State. I would have already hired you if it were Fl. I
actually today finally terminated my Attorney and should have followed my gut and done it a while ago but i was scared. They're a top law firm in their State and it had not occurred to me he was being so unethical.
I was wanting to contest a will with a no contest clause (btw, i plan someday to bring a motion as a pro se litigant into the Federal Courts to make all States recognize the probable cause clause like Florida does. People are losing their freedom and or fortunes and allowing seedy trustees and care givers to get away with theft because of fear of being disinherited by contesting. These no contest clauses need to be done away with)
So i hired a new Atty today and immediately she deciphered from the trusts what in almost 3 months the other didn't which were amendments that removed certain provisions which made me decide to contest.
I am a HS drop out and so because there were so many will changes codicils and amendments and the trust without those was well over 100 pages i didn't read and digest it properly, foolishly trusting my Attorney would have..He did not.
On top of that we have spent many hours deciding how to confound those provisions which cost me thousands of dollars, and those provisions were already removed.
Then he said the other Attorney had not got back to him in regards to the accounting of the trusts yet and he will write a letter. Only after terminiating him today did i learn the other Atty had many times contacted them asking what items i wanted and what preference for trust companies i had.
Needless to say i am still bewildered how this happened.
Do your best when you can to help people, beneficiaries who may not have money and try to work with them if you know there are trusts and maybe help them with an agreement to pay at the distribution. I worry so many people are unrepresented because they don't have access to their money and so many lawyers only want money and more money and they want it now.
there are millions of dollars waiting and right now i am just so glad to have money to get representation but don't think i would be able to hire anyone if i did not despite there is so much money at the end.
Ok, rant is over. There need to be more involvement from the Courts with these matters to protect beneficiaries who cannot afford lawyers so they lose millions to trustee embezzlement and self dealing.
Ok, now my rant is really over...(for now :)
Have a happy Passover or Easter, whatever you celebrate.
