Worst product I ordered these on 31 December and received these on 1 January it’s been 8 days and today it’s rgb lights not working when charging then the lights are flickering and after resetting the earbuds it’s not working please tell me a solution I don’t have the box to return these

Boat team send me a damages product when i claim for warranty I received the replacement product on 2nd December and immediately raised an issue on the same day regarding physical damages. I provided all required evidence, including unboxing videos and complete pictures, as instructed by your team, and submitted them to this email. Now they cancel my warranty claim due to physical damages on earbud that send by boat team.. Your team are out of mind? Pathetic, I highly dissoppoint boat wasting almost 20 days till this issue is going on..
