It almost 5 days i am using the air birds i bought this from Amazon and Birds are working good but the case not working that great RGB light are not working and sound of katana has been not working properly if i charge them the RGB glowing and blinking in a weird pattern i have a 10 day replacement policy i going to replace this and waiting for new one i like this product but it has some work to do

Heyy , I had a complaint regarding the build quality of this earbuds . Previously the earbuds which I owned fell a dozen of times but it never broke and barely and scratches but the immortal Katana blade just fell from my bed once and now the upper slider is snapped and it's broken now. Heyy , I had a complaint regarding the build quality of this earbuds . Previously the earbuds which I owned fell a dozen of times but it never broke and barely and scratches but the immortal Katana blade just fell from my bed once and now the upper slider is snapped and it's broken now. Take out both the earbuds from the case.
Long touch CTC on both the earbuds for 5 seconds; LED flashes quickly for 5 times.
Place the earbuds inside the case, close the lid, and wait for 5 seconds.
