    Loved this but the only problem with it is that they are semi ear earbuds which don't fit properly in my ears and always feels like going to fall

    I got that tomorrow 🥰🥰and i loved that katana very much , like i loved the sound,
    I have a experience to share 😁, it's gaming one so... company is providing low latency on beast mode , i didn't read that manual and started using buds and i feel bad at 1st it has latency like hell , after knowing that it has BEAST MODE for gaming with low latency i got satisfied 🤪🤪🤪
    In my whole class everyone loved these one ...

    I have one more thing to say plz release that silicon tip one , cause at 1st want that , these one are good but in some ears it doesn't get comfortable
    After all i got a good and funny experience

      @@boAt-lifestyle hi adi , thank you for replying and trying to help me. But the problem was something else like related to battery . I charged the case for 4 hrs and it was ok the sound was coming and the all the lights were working . The products is amazing would recommend to everyone 👍

    It almost 5 days i am using the air birds i bought this from Amazon and Birds are working good but the case not working that great RGB light are not working and sound of katana has been not working properly if i charge them the RGB glowing and blinking in a weird pattern i have a 10 day replacement policy i going to replace this and waiting for new one i like this product but it has some work to do

    I have purchased Immortal Katana blade 4-5 months back...but suddenly the case is not charging properly and the slider is also stucking somewhere while I open the case. I had also cleaned them properly but still facing the same issue. And the case doesn't get charged even if I charged them for nearly 2 hours, I had punched from Amazon but don't know how to solve this issue!!? Can someone guide me how Can i claim warranty as I also have a extended 1 year warranty on the product??

    On DOUBLE CLICKING the button a colour stays fixed for a couple of seconds and then returns to random
    It actually looks COOL.
    First it was red then changed to green randomly. Is there a particular way to fix that???

    Heyy , I had a complaint regarding the build quality of this earbuds . Previously the earbuds which I owned fell a dozen of times but it never broke and barely and scratches but the immortal Katana blade just fell from my bed once and now the upper slider is snapped and it's broken now. Now I am having issues in disconnecting the buds as the lid is split open and I can't even charge it . Could you help me with a solution 🙏 How do i get it repaired?

      Hi, we want to let you know that the Immortal Katana Blade is equipped with RGB LEDs that activate whenever you open or close the case. These LEDs cannot be deactivated. Additionally, the earbuds will have a solid Red LED and the case's RGB LED will blink for 10 seconds to indicate that it is in the charging state.       Hello! To perform a reset on your Immortal Katana Blade:
      Take out both the earbuds from the case.
      Long touch CTC on both the earbuds for 5 seconds; LED flashes quickly for 5 times.
      Place the earbuds inside the case, close the lid, and wait for 5 seconds.
