Trains at Hamburg-Klein Flottbek with semaphore signals and class 474

Klein Flottbek is an S-Bahn station in the west of Hamburg, on the Altona-Blankeneser Railway. The station was initially opened as a single track in 1867. The station served suburban railway trains and access to the platform was already via the underpass that still exists today. The line was expanded to two tracks in the 1890s. In 1903, the electrification of the line began with an overhead line. Since 1908, the entire Hamburg-Altonaer-Stadt and suburban railway line, now the Hamburg S-Bahn, has been operated electrically. To convert the line into the Hamburg S-Bahn, the line was equipped with today's 1,200V power rail in 1940 to replace the overhead line. The freight yard was dismantled in 1984. The old goods shed is still there.

Themaverick 2611 du hast am 13 Juli was verpasst an diesem Tag hat Historische S Bahn Hamburg 25 Jahre Jubiläum gefeiert mit 470/471 und die neue Museumzug 472 und 472 ist gefahren mit Fahrgäste im Poppenbüttel war der Fest
