Thanks for this opportunity, had a really fun time with this! The pressure of the timer was great but I definitely felt like I could’ve done better if I wasn’t so worried about it. Definitely want to start putting a timer on myself because it will help me become a lot more efficient. I love your content and it was amazing to be a part of it! ❤❤❤
this is awesome i really enjoyed it. so awesome to see a bunch of producers low and high level doing their thing and pushing each other forward. that shit is what music is all about. Super inspiring to watch as a new producer - these sounded awesome.
Damn I gave the challenge a go and actually kinda impressed myself, its super fun to work with such a time restraint. Thanks for the inspiration Bishu.
It's really fun, and most DAWs have either a trial or are completely free. I highly suggest just trying it out for yourself and messing with free VSTs/Sample Packs.
@@digitalsei if you're still looking for options, cakewalk is a completely free DAW that can still be competently used, especially for beginners. I recommend Vital as again it's a synth that comes with a good free option where you can mess around and still create your own sounds while still having some presets built it. As for sample packs it really depends on what genre of music you're looking to make but quick google searches of "____ free sample pack" should get you some pretty good results.
Astonished by the quality and speed. I legit expected everyone to just crack open a bunch of samples and presets. But this is another level. Crazy talent. When that first vocal hit tho ... ... so good it feels like cheating 😂
Prodcution wise, the pros have more tricks up their sleeves, although that DNB mix for me was the most simple and heavy one. you all did great guys and great content !
Wow this is just awesome and really motivating I'm at it since a bit more than a year now and this made me appreciate how far I've come and that in a few years everyone can reach crazy levels of experience.
I wish i found Bishu before I hit my 1 year anniversary with production lol I would've loved a chance to try this and get real feedback on my progress from a signed artist with a decade of EXP
I really want to get into producing seriously but I really have no idea where to start. I keep getting extremely discouraged every time I open fl. Anyone have any tips? Id love to hear it!
Honestly? Gotta keep up the grind. Make /something/. Even if it's an 808 drum loop or a vocal loop being drowned in effects. Over time, it all compiles! You can also look for inspiration on youtube!
Yeah, I'm a noob. I wish I participated in one of those videos. I actually kind of never started producing. I mostly use an app called Groovepad or *sometimes* an online DAW called Soundtrap. So I can't make even some sounds myself, only simple beats, and that's it. I made a couple cool songs tho. IDK, I got many things to learn lol.
The first one needed a bit more song structure. Maybe fill out the song a bit. The second one i would have liked an intro. The transitions seem a bit abrupt. Both need some mixing help, but good stuff. Definitely keep it up. The first pros mix was a bit off, but a cool little idea for 30 minutes. The last one was really good. Especially for the time given.
i kinda officially started producing in like January 2020 with a mobile DAW but i still feel like i started this year in summer 🐿🐿 i am a big noob still
Awesome video! Thanks for hosting these. Super fun and inspiring . . . been toying with music makign apps for about a year now but never bought into one and as a collector of hobbies am hesitant to go ham on one. I've been using Andrew Huangs FLIP app on my ipad! These kinds of videos are inspiring.

I couldn't handle someone spying on me producing like this lol
Kyle, PLEASE do something with that beat, it sounds so clean.
exactly what i was thinking, unironically goes so hard
"ShaperBox. That looks like a plugin I'd never use."
Damn... one of my top 3 fav VSTs gettin shht on. lol
WOLVF takes the W for sure, that runescape-esque harmony was so clean
Bishu saying "hoase" gives me serotonin
great vid, you should definitely do these battles more often.

8:24 I love how you dealt with that. amazing!
The noobs actually blew my mind, I love seeing the different ways we interpret the same sounds.
Damn I gave the challenge a go and actually kinda impressed myself, its super fun to work with such a time restraint. Thanks for the inspiration Bishu.
he got all the trends:
Noob vs Pro
Fl vs Ableton
Producer Battle with the same midi
Man this really makes me want to start producing.

12:06 that serum skin is called anthracite found out about it pretty recently
WOLVF made a whole Hit in 30 mins. That woulda took me at least 1,5 hours, dude is crazy.
that last song was so good, kyle martins actually needs to actually drop that
Damn bishu is fucken insane lmao 🤣 the vocal nonsense that just comes out fucken beautiful 🤩
I couldn't listen to the midi without hearing it in the Miss The Rage synth
30:50 where is that vocal from, it's insane!
no clue but i need it
lol
SEROTONIN by sam gellaitry
@@chevin.cherry Thank you so much! Such a vibe.
This has tooo be a fkn series if it isn’t already!!!
Make part 2, but make 1 noob and 1 pro make a song in 1 hour and other noob and pro in 30 minutes. Thank you Bishu for making fun music content!
Soo awesome guys !!!
All of you did really well 🎉🎉🎉
i want to be apart of this so bad so that everyone can laugh at me using reaper 😩
As long as you know your DAW! It doesn't matter

Banger vid bro
👏👏👏 Great concept! Enjoyed this! Fire music throughout 🔥
could yu stream ableton i discord with asio drivers or interfacedrivers or does it need to have the Dx drivers
dude wolvf needs to be in monstercat fr fr
Shaperbox is goated for sidechain
I used to jam out to Ephixa's Zelda-Step, need to go check him out again!
I wish i found Bishu before I hit my 1 year anniversary with production lol I would've loved a chance to try this and get real feedback on my progress from a signed artist with a decade of EXP
14:50 had your ears perked! Agreed
Damn sick video! Needs a little more clear rules and some sharp editing would really blow this up!
Bishu your reaction @ 14:16 was hilarious 🤣🤣

Yo, but where the "been producing for 5+ years, but suck" gang?
Love to see the content
respect @bishu for not crapping on fl users and just listening /watching ...
22:09 personnal notes for later
I would've loved to participate but unfortunately I wasn't around this time 😕
But I've made a Song myself from these chords for the pro side haha
I feel even worse than before clicking the video, lol, omg they're so talented
I'm boutta grind out learning production in the hopes you do this again one day homie

i would genuinely love to be a part of a challenge like this, but i've only got ableton lite as a noob producer LMAOOOO
Algorithm def gonna pick this one up
your track gave such a skrillex vibe itwas dopeeeeee
Kyle Martins killed it. Was he a winner in a previous video? I recognize the name
What plugin's is he using for that really saturated vocal at 28:23?
Ouuuu this is awesome!!!
good job keepin up that no vape life bee shoe
would be cool to see pros with only shitty freeware plugins and bad samples vs noobs with a ton of good samples and plugins
stuff like tunefish v3/v4, delay lama, and uhe tyrell n6 for the pros, serum, pigments, vital, massive, etc for the pros
What theme was Cole using? It looks sick
im skeptical, these pro producers have Absolutely no customizations on their FL Daw...
Hey anyone know why I can’t use Picture in Picture mode?(iphone) Or is it something that’s bishu applies??? Some vids I can some can’t???
27:40 is crazy. please release!
Damn that DnB is sweet... Love it
Isn’t Feint like actually professional?

More. MORE! M000000RRRR333333!!!
Would love to listen to all mixes without the talking over and in full. Any chance of uploading them.
YES
Notice how all the pros where using FL studio, coincidence? I THINK NOT!
You could of made it so that all start at the same time but only the pros get 30 Minutes.
I feel like the use of Diva woulda been a rad plugin to use for this.
Bishu! are you going to EDC?
Cool idea
Sheesh
Next time can u add who is a noob and who isn't when ur previewing the tracks at the end? I like skippin around
