Well, as someone who loves fresh, clean, and lovely scents, after you described the Santal scent, I didn't even wait to finish watching your video. I went and ordered a bottle immediately. As soon as it arrived, I had to open it up and try it. I really liked it, but what I REALLY liked was the scent they included as a sample: "Love Affair." So, I ended up going back to buy that one and a couple of other scents offered by Aromatech as well. 😊

I have a smaller version of the wire rack you just displayed for veggies which I use for potatoes, onions and tomatoes. I read where these veggies should be kept at room temp on your counter. Congrats on your AIG journey. You look good and sound healthy and happy.

Love this! I like the new accessories...wood. black, etc. I went back to your post about the diet and a posted a comment but you might not see it there so I thought I'd post it here too. What I noticed when you made coffee with banana that you used the white coffee filter. I'm still using mine up; HOWEVER...those white filters are bleached to look white. You might want to switch to natural coffee filters...they are tannish color. "They will do everything to mess up your health." God bless you and your family.

I just love you Liz! I love your adorable glasses and your dark hair is so healthy looking and Shiny. I'm going to try the new oil diffuser and candles. I love for my home to have A WOW scent when you come in. Your haul was great! I love everything you purchased and cannot wait to see how you decorate with all of the wood and black pieces. I'm redoing my sunroom and it's been a challenge but I'm getting there. It's still a work in progress. I have some beautiful wicker furniture in that room and I've been very hesitate about adding in some different texture accent pieces but I've about talked myself into going for it. You're looking great and you seem to have so much energy, keep up the good work. I've lost 13 pounds on the AIP way of eating. Arvin Olano is always speaking about Santal diffuser oil on his channel. I love a heady, masculine scent over anything floral. Output is really the key to a great diffuser. I could care less about color changing lights or blue-tooth. I bought a few small diffusers at Walmart. They are solid black/white. The out put is great, for about 3 hours. At a $9 price point, one in every room. I got on the Acacia Wood and black iron vibe months ago...love it!

Can’t wait to see the new kitchen decor! About a year ago I started using Young Living oils and other products and I am loving them. I have never been able to burn candles or use plug ins because they gave me headaches or irritated my allergies. I did some research and found out that those things are full of toxins that are very harmful to your body. I only use Young Living oils since they are 100% plant based and can be used aromatically, topically and internally. Liz love your shows we have so much in common it's not funnyi have 4 grown daughters my husband built our log home I loved to decorate with outdoor themed decor hand braided rugs and amish furniture unfortunately our house burned down was such a loss I had alot of my grandmother's things my husband built a new home and we are starting to make new memories I love that your going to go with wood and black cant wait to see what you do you have wonderful ideas a great family I wish I could have that type of candles but my copd and asthma wont allow it but I love peppermint seems like a small amount doesnt hurt I hope others here in pa are watching you god bless
