Is there a reason why scoring softwares turn the notes green in the lower octaves? I’ve never understood that.
Because, in this case, the notes are outside of the common range for the instrument (hence why every note under A2 is green/yellow for marimba)
@@brandoncriss0same thing goes with some winds. I was transcribing a *really* high F horn part a couple months back and it showed the note as out of range even though it is perfectly possible to play
