10 hour ago live stream I was at work but would have watched live if i was off 🙂You are the master at cheesesteak, chopped cheese sandwich etc 👍That Sun is a "biotch" when it comes to phones. A couple videos ago I finally had the Sun overheat my phone if you can remember. I had to move one of the shade umbrella's over my phone to keep it cool after I had it sitting by the air conditioner to cool it off wtf lol

Nice cook - sandwich looks incredible. It's not much fun cooking on a griddle when it's hot outside! Here's a tip if you are interested in using less oil in your cooks. Put less oil on the griddle, then use a wadded-up paper towel and tongs to spread the oil out. Let is sit for 15-30 secs then wipe the griddle again. The surface should be nonstick. Occasionally, use the paper towel to season the griddle. Keep up the good vids!

Thank you so very much! Yeah depending on what I'm cooking I sometimes spread the oil thin with a dishcloth. When it comes to steakum I usually put down oil the way that I did. After this morning I turned up the griddle to high and did a couple coats of avocado oil to fix up the parts where the seasoning was wearing out.
