Belfasts Hidden Nuclear Bunker

Located in a leafy residential area sits the Mount Eden Park Regional War Room. From 1953 this building would have been the place that Northern Ireland would have been run from after a Nuclear War.

More of a "protected surface facility" although according to Subbrit one floor is underground.

Correct. The floor plan I showed in the video shows you the level that is underground. All of the Regional War Rooms were built to the same design - unless in repurposed structures.

Also, bunkers don’t have to be underground.

I was hoping to but unfortunately Colin who helps me is unable to do it. I am away on holiday next week in Poland so its looking more and more likely that it will be the end of the month.
