Great content man. I’ve been curious if anyone has ever swapped that motor and trans into another car. Since I saw your reels along with a few others I’ve decided to put one in my Duster. I just haven’t seen others do it and I wonder why. You seem to be having a blast
"I got the Jeep running and driving two weeks ago just to find out the auto trans was slipping bad. In the past two weeks, I’ve worked 12-13 hour days, then came home and worked on the jeep until 10:30-11:00 at night and managed to get the Jeep completely manual swapped. It was a struggle but nothing was going to stop me from making it to the 1st Annual Welding Unlimited Car Show . The Jeep did amazing, and although I was extremely underwhelmed with the hp/tq numbers (I still don’t believe it only made 270hp/370tq), the thing is a complete blast to drive now and I’ve fallen back in love with it. Huge thanks to anybody who lended a hand, especially Colton Bower, I owe you big time. I’m going to take a nap now, then I think it’s time to finally take it to the drag strip."
