I seriously had my doubts when I first heard about it, but the concept behind it is that you learn about why you eat the way you do, and learn how to eat for the benefit of your body. It's not aggressively restrictive, in fact, they don't make you keep track of your calories necessarily, they just encourage you to keep up and take accountability for your food intake. Don't get me wrong, it totally isn't for everyone, but it does work for some, and many have been helped by it.

@@caitlinthompson6922 the fact that they use rhetoric like “green light foods” and “red light foods”, etc., is very obvious classic diet culture talk, as is, “if your hungry drink a glass of water you’re probably thirsty” all which Noom recommends. I must say I don’t think Rhett and Link truly get enough credit for giving their entire teams a platform to be successful and build upon their initial successes. They didn’t have to give Stevie, Josh and Nicole shots like this but they did and that’s what true leaders and people who really care do. I really wish I could meet all the kind souls at Mythical for a day at least. Mythical has gotten me through the past few tough years and jobs and breakups etc, it’s the only true thing I can count to keep me going everyday. Most bosses would try to keep their platforms selfishly for themselves, but you all figured out teamwork is the key to success. I hope you all give Stevie another chance at a platform because she’s been a day 1, just gotta find her niche.
