I do remember Mesa used to be playable because I once get it in a public server long time ago, don't know if that was intentional
Theres really tons of good maps that looked almost finish it couldve been officially added like Mesa, Hallow, Yuki, District, and Falls. We couldve gotten these awesome maps if sensei and the team continued the updates
Ask the iotd devs to add them.

You can load it now, and it is the bunker.
Island could absolutely be an engi only map

Most scrapped maps are actually made by fans as apart of the map submission contest (which costal won.)

I think old hydro would have been an objective map due to how BIG the map is. (Like legit, thats an entire town.)
It was originally an attrition map but was scrapped due to its unconventional layout, but was brought back in the 2.0 update as a seige/mastermind map
Tried this, cant get to District (the first epilogue) and any of the maps with (old)Kept saying couldnt fin map

Through the console, loadmaps to load in a map and requestmaps for a list of maps

I honestly don't know since I didn't start a wave in Jungle
