    Yea I suggested yall collaborate with gps in one of your last videos in comments I think that would be awesome and eventually when you get say 100 frames with current machine shop maybe gps could do it in house and keep it in house and have a kit and just frames also alot of ppl can't afford kits but can frames this is epic and obviously everyone can see how driven and dedicated yall are its almost there your one step inside your dream brother and to watch it unfold and follow it is just amazing and a pleasure great job

      That’s a great idea. The issue is for our frames we need a CNC tube bender as it is not a simple design. But we would totally be open to the possibility for sure. Who knows what the future has in store. But we are excited!

      @@ALMIGHTYGARAGEI’m going to ignore the lack of punctuation and say you were saying females in the lower states wouldn’t support like that. I have to disagree. THIS IS the American dream. Albeit happening in Canada, we’re all about building dreams down here, and we need our family, friends, and especially our wives to support this. I’m not talking anything away from those wives that do, because it is a special sacrifice to make, but that’s what makes it beautiful.

      Oh man, so sorry to hear. To be honest, the whole reason I wanted to do this with my dad was because I realized so many people say "I will do it one day" but most of the time, that day never comes. So I left my job and we started Mantini Motors with the dream of building something great. But regardless of the business success, it will have been worth it.

    I don't understand what the vision is, or what is better about this frame than the other very similar ones already out. Also, 600cc's is incredible overkill for a minibike, when there are chinese 250cc honda clones available for $250 shipped

    • @mantinimotors
      @mantinimotors  4 месяца назад

      Great question. Well, our goal was to design a premium mini bike that embodies passion beyond limits and make it accessible to all.
      To be more specific, we have designed the MBK-1 to include a robust front end. This includes premium front shocks capable of supporting both hydraulic and disc brakes, height adjustable handlebars so you can experience a truly tailored ride, as well as the ability to mount virtually any other type of handlebars to the triple tree clamp.
      Furthermore, we developed an adjustable swing arm to allow the rider to customize the shock angle, that also will not interfere with an exhaust that flows through the rear end of the frame.
      On top of that, the entire frame will be made entirely out of 1 inch tubing, adding to it's strength and durability.
      Lastly, the design of MBK-1 was intended to not only push the boundaries of performance, but also to stand out in a crowd. We wanted to create something uniquely ours that hasn't been done before. So although the hump in the backbone accommodates larger engines, it will also be used to house the custom gas tank we are working on that flows with the overall aesthetics of our design.
      With that said, there's so many more details that I would love to share, but I would hate to turn this comment into a short novel haha. Will continue to share the progress and features here on this channel if you're interested in watching as the design unfolds.
      ps. Regarding the engine, you're 100% correct, we just wanted to see if it was even possible to put a 670cc in our frame as we like to have a bit of fun and experiment.

      @mantinimotors  4 месяца назад +1

      Yeah for sure. We actually have made a few improvements to the design which we will be sharing in an upcoming video which includes the ability to mount a fatter tire on both the swing arm and ridged version!

    But…, I would advise you NOT to install “any “ size , COMET Torque converter…!!!

      Thanks for the advice. We haven't gotten that far yet as we still need to see if it will fit in the frame. But thank you for the suggestion. We will look into the CVTECH 60 Series!

      44c is more then up to the task. now the standard 40 series is marginally ok on a bone stock gov'd engine, but much over 3600 rpms and the hang up problems increase bigtime. never had a problem with a 44c on any of my big block clone or small block briggs vanguard builds.

    • @iplaymytele
      @iplaymytele 4 месяца назад

      @@billwilliamson9842 It Is Much Better.. The CVTECH Is WAY HIGHER.. I do know that... For Vanguards, They seam to work pretty well ( I purchased mine from Steve Lorenze The Owner of Arkadia Cushman )
      Steve said with a 670cc motor in it and the weight of the Eagle.., I dont want the Clutch To " FREE WHEEL " EVER..! Steve was Correct...! The CVTECH Wont FREE WHEEL... I Live in ALABAMA On top of Chalkvill MT. and the last thing I need it to let off the gas going down a Hill and Not Be able to use the Motors To Help it break ...!
      I Have one Other Friend who Installed a 670 In a Cushman Eagle and Used a Heavy Duty Comet, and Rode it out to STERGAS .. He told me on the way back He was going down a Hill and on the way there, and had to let off the gas.. The motor just spun when he let off the gas... and he floated a valve.. Money plays a BIG part of any Build.. "I KNOW " And the CVTECH Is a Little Pricy.. Especially if you use the ( ED Evans Jack shaft drive..) Have a Great Day... Friend Jeff Galey..

      We are not blind spending, there are just a lot of hidden costs when it comes to designing and manufacturing something like this. But like any new startup, there are always lessons to be learned, but even though we have made some mistakes along the way, I know for sure we have made more right decisions than wrong ones and are excited to see where they take us.

      @mantinimotors take for example rafa from GT's hobbies. I bet he was able to supply half the active frames in los angeles. Purchasing a chasis without forks goes for $225, but the USA build quality, compared to the other popular frames, makes it well worth it.
