Dimitri: *Enters the dojo without bowing before stepping onto the mat, prefers a flag football approach to karate, lays down ground rules, and critiques Kreese’s tattoo.* Kreese: I will send you to JEEEESUS CHRIST
The sad thing is, Kreese pissed away what he always wanted. Johnny did welcome him back and they could've made Cobra Kai awesome again. But he just couldn't live with not having it all his own way. And I bet he really thinks differently about "Honour" after Terry Silver.
And when Kreese DID finally get back Cobra Kai for himself, he couldn't help but beg his old friend Terry Silver to jump back into a fight that was no longer his, after he was told that Silver moved on from those days, and was living a peaceful, happy life, without any karate drama involved after he had realized what crazy stuff he did back in the day. That was until Kreese couldn't leave well enough alone, until Terry finally gave in, helped him keep C.K. on top, but also came with a price when Kreese got framed, and sent away to prison, which obviously would have been avoided if he didn't feel the need to pull war buddy out of "retirement" mainly just to spite Johnny. That of which Silver picked up on, when he realized what Kreese's true agenda was as time went on too.
@@freakyfornash I think it should be noted that all Kreese did was make Terry have self actualization since he had lost sight of who he was. The scene with Stingray when he was drunk brought out who he was.
John Lawrence had a point what John Kress taught back than wouldn’t really work now. For one thing John Kress lost students and money after choking John Lawrence almost killing him. John Kress really did need to change things and do something different.
Johnny told kreese what you taught didn't work back then and it doesn't work now! Kreese Theology of karate was from the military of the '50s! Johnny was saying it was outdated for the generation of the '80s! And kreese Theology of karate was outdated for the generation of today as well! Basically Johnny wanted to reboot and revamp strike hard! and strike first! And do away with no mercy because there was no honor in that! Johnny took strike hard! strike 1st first! Put his own twist on it, and took it someplace else. However kreese wasn't on bored with that!
@@kytaylor5080 - You people today are weenies nowadays. Kreese and Silver thought the truth and were only preparing their students for the real world. The only ones they bullied were Daniel's Son and it was just payback. This show sucks now where it went starting in season 3. It went from a 10 to a 7 to a 5 and last season to a 3, if that. All of those so-called redemptions from those traitors is disgusting. The writers are sure making that "Daniel was the real bully" the truth because he and everyone he got to go along with him were the true instigators starting trouble all because he doesn't like a particular philosophy of karate. Stupid and disgusting!
Season 2 John kreese was The best. Season 3 was Finally Gave him a Final boss moment with Johnny and Daniel Season 4: Terry sliver made him a after thought
I wish they would have shown what Kreese did to Demetri little whiny ass, he and Daniels son Anthony are the only characters of the Cobra Kai series I can’t stand
Honestly I wish they showed what he did to those 2 body guards with the brass knuckles the plaza owner brought in when they tried to force an eviction in season 3.
Kresse is one of those characters that make you wonder if his evil or just broken. I might be a minority here but I think Kreese genuinely cares about Johnny and Tory. Based on the flashback I think he didn’t come from a home where love was shown so he doesn’t know how to show it.
It did work back then because johnny won 2 all valleys and even tho johnny lost to larusso he got to the finals using that style and if kreese didn't tell johnny no mercy johnny loses to larusso 3-0
Is it just me or does Kreese seem to have mellowed out just a bit in his old age? At least, he doesn't yell as much as he did in the movies. (Remember "Fear does not exist in this dojo, pain does not exist in this dojo, defeat does not exist in this dojo!"?)
Funny thing is, kreese could have went to the old Cobra Kai dojo, and threw some advertisements got his own students why he felt like he had to have Johnny's students and his dojo is a flaw in the series...
The Cobra Kai show started out good but started to suck by season 3. I mean everyone had a change of heart. If anything, this show is teaching these Gen Ziers (weenies) to be liars, backstabbers, and traitors. If anything, Kreese is teaching the truth as Terry did in seasons 4 and 5. In fact, the whole season of 5 consisted Daniel and his pals starting trouble. Terry should've had armed personnel with guns and they should've shot all of them when they broke in. In fact, Kreese was in total submission to Silver in KK3 but in Cobra Kai, he's the one who could get in Silver's head. The writers screwed up this show bad in season 3. Cobrai Kai has turned into a Gen Z weenie show for Oscar Meyers!

Same. Cobra Kai NEVER DIES
the future is female

Sounded like Harrison Ford there.

With Season 5, it seems that Kreese wanted both Cobra Kai and Johnny.
