    This is an excellent design for a landscape walkway. It's way cheaper than having concrete poured and much prettier. The use of the 2x4's and bricks was a brilliant idea for keeping the paver steps evenly spaced. Well done! I probably would have put down weed-screen first so nothing grows up through the path.

      Thanks a billion for your beautiful words. Since the bottom is solid clay I did not add fabric and didn’t have any weed issues so far.

    Pathways like that look very pretty, but be aware that they do not meet code in many states, so if you are making upgrades for resale, check your local housing codes before spending the money because they will get flagged on your inspection and could take dollars off your sale.

    • @DanielDemir
      @DanielDemir  10 месяцев назад +4

      Can you share an example code?

    • @glendabanta4832
      @glendabanta4832 10 месяцев назад

      I live in Texas and I have seen many similar paths flagged as trip hazards. They are also seen as unsafe for wheelchairs, walkers, or people using canes. I have never seen it kill a sale, but buyers will ask for money off to have the path paved or they will ask that the seller pave it before closing.@@DanielDemir
