Link's perpetual guilt is hard at work in that magic glasses scenario. I think that's the crux of their decision-making process: Rhett wants logic and Link wants clarity and a clear conscience. This came through in their deconstruction videos.
I think Rhett is overestimating my ability to prevent crime and save lives. Even if I know of the future, there is no way I could stop it. I'm weak lolol. Besides, I don't think the police would bother investigating a tip I made. They'll think I am crazy/ the culprit. And I am now overthinking this game.
If you’re able to reliably prove to law enforcement that your predictions are correct, then they could use your ability to stop the crime. The police have the manpower, you have the premonition

I absolutely loved this episode. From the start of the LTAT, to the end. This was absolutely fantastic.
I love that LTAT was said again in the intro.
