Nehru was only enacting the unfulfilled dreams of Crown after they realised they cannot administer India. The only people who stood as hindrance in these issues were Patel, Bose, Ambedkar, Sam Manaeckshaw (especially in war years) and later Gen Carriappa. If not for these great men, India would have split up in 6 to 12 regions by 1960. Nehru didn't deserve a State Funeral in my honest opinion.

Bharat's negotiations with China have to be based on the independence day of each country. They need to give Tibet back to the rightful owner.

What is the use of having signed three treaties without demarcation of borders. Even if 100 accords no use. Kya Congress ko dar hai kya china se baat karne keliye. Atleast the present govt. Should have arrived at an agreement on borders with china.

The question, however, remains as how to get back pre-2020 border and then settle the larger border issue as a whole. We have a long haul for this; perhaps wait for CCP to dismantle over next 25-50 years. Or Xi attacks Taiwan and India has an opportunity in Ladakh!! Let us see how it goes.
