Hi Lisa. Your Aussie fan here again. The plate turned out so well. I love the snowman, plus all of the other pieces, especially the ones with the ear muffs with the wire. I'm so going to try to do some of them now that my kiln has its replacement elements installed. I have such a back up of pieces to fire.
Lisa...those little pumpkins....ESPECIALLY THE WHITE ONE....ARE AWESOME!!! Love them...and Im going downstairs tomorrow to make some! Thanks. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY THANKSGIVING. wishing you and your family many many happy memories for the day. Hope to see you sometime next week again! Thanks again
No idea why - the snowmen make me think of Ringo Starr!! I think it must be the black eyes because he wears sunglasses all the time these days!! Great kiln Lisa. Thank you
It IS a good day when everything turns out, heh? Love the 'birdie on the head' snowman. Good luck at your 'freeze your heiny off' sale. You are better man than I Gungadin!😂
Hi. Yes, it's getting hot here, especially where I live in Rockhampton. We've been having fires and rain around the country. I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving 😊
Hmmm, not sure what bowl you're referring to. The green leaf dish, was a new glaze by Mayco, called, Ivy. It is a beautiful green that breaks in color, even on untextured surfaces. The plate with the circles, is a mixture of about 5 Amaco Velvet underglazes all mixed together. I cut out paper circles and stuck them to the plate with water, then glazed over them. Hope that helps.
Thanks for sharing your work
Thanks for watching! ❤️ 😀

Did you happen to look and see which glaze you used for the “holy shaped” bowl?

The leaf looks like either Riptide or possibly Ivy? Those are two of the new Mayco glazes. I'm really liking Mayco glazes.
Maybe the black eyes are just a hair too big? Hope you have a wonderful sale Friday! Is that leaf Ivy glaze? I love that glaze.
Yes! Ivy. 😀 I am loving that glaze. 😍 Thanks for watching.
Add two little specks of white
Love all your snowmen.
