They can't make you leave if you're doing that in the bathroom. That's one of the purposes of a toilet. They don't know your reasons. You could be alleviating heartburn, nausea, food poisoning, etc.
If it's a bar they totally can. Places that serve alcohol can ask you to leave any time for any reason and they don't need to specify why. It's one of the only businesses someone can pay for a product, you can accept payment, and then not give them said product and kick then out.
So it sounds like she’s at a club and at most clubs if you throw up and the staff see you throw up they ask you to leave so she’s trying to make herself throw up in the toilet away from any staff so she doesn’t get kicked out

My mom always taught me that if I knew I was going to throw up instead of trying to stop it, put your finger in your mouth so you gag and throw up. It sounds crazy but she always said throwing up and getting it over with is better than holding it in and being miserable.

I worked minimum wage jobs in food service for years and cleaned the bathrooms at closing many, many times. Vomit was never an issue. Urine on the floor around the urinals, was a completely different story and was an everyday occurrence.

I feel there’s context to that though. For example at school. Specially how popular anorexia was in the early2000s and back when I was young. That’s all the girls did back then. So we weren’t allowed to linger in the restrooms and teachers or staff regularly checked up in there and you can see people’s feet enough to know when they are on their knees. Trust me I know because I had to find friends who would be stuck in the bathroom puking their lunch out after they finished.

You'd just have to look at the feet, if they're squated infront of the toilet instead not sitting on it it's going to be easy to tell.

I worked minimum wage jobs in food service for years and cleaned the bathrooms at closing many, many times. Vomit was never an issue. Urine on the floor around the urinals, was a completely different story and was an everyday occurrence.

I’ve never heard anyone tell someone they can’t do their business in the bathroom. Throwing up in the bathroom is better than in public
I feel there’s context to that though. For example at school. Specially how popular anorexia was in the early2000s and back when I was young. That’s all the girls did back then. So we weren’t allowed to linger in the restrooms and teachers or staff regularly checked up in there and you can see people’s feet enough to know when they are on their knees. Trust me I know because I had to find friends who would be stuck in the bathroom puking their lunch out after they finished.
