I just heard "Jeannie..." today at Starbucks and already made a video adaptation of it with clips from Kansas & work and lyrics on the screen, which I thought would be good for that song and was missing in other videos... It's a great dance and workout song, I think.
I love Caroline Rose, but I really dig the vibe of her band. They really bring it all together and seem like they are having a blast. Also the audio quality is great.
Yeah, like most musicians, she's had a long, tough road since college, but her talent is undeniable and is gettin widely known. Tonight, in fact, 4/322, is her big night -- a sold out show in LA at the famous Troubadour, where Elton John broke into the mainstream.
I can’t believe her video was sponsored by AARP, lol. But, then again, as one of the few baby boomers on this thread, I can vouch for its late 70’s vibe (B-52s with a little Cyndi Lauper and some of the less angry punks of my day). What a breath of fresh air. Keep it up!!! You’re awesome.

Love the keyboardist jumping around and dancing as they play! Wow everyone is just having so much fun and really feeling the music. Love it. Love her vibe.
She is so amazing. I’m so glad she exists and makes music. I was driving home deep in the countryside super late at night one time and “Cry” came on the radio and I was blown away and then searched out her music and was further blown away. Great musical kind and a great band!
F%$#!!! I wanted to go see her in Denver a month ago but middle of the week, damn. Caroline please come through New Mexico next time, You are f'in AWESOME!!!!! Thanks for posting this.
Quirky, fun, and great energy. Love all the tracks and can’t wait to see them perform at The Independent in SF in 2019! Thank you Vermont PBS for the excellent presentation!
Sadly my wife and I passed on the recent concert due to this COVID19 fucking everything up, we paid for the tickets so at least we supported ya a little! hope everyone is safe and well!
Man Loner is so good, I just found it and its like one of the best albums I've ever heard i'm in love with it.

I will Not Be Afraid is also soo good!
I love Caroline Rose, but I really dig the vibe of her band. They really bring it all together and seem like they are having a blast. Also the audio quality is great.
Saw her/the band at Treefort Music Fest in Boise a few years ago and they were so good we just went the next day and saw their next set! So fun.
Said everything, I agree! I wish it was always like this...
Quality work by a quality group of musicians. No one sounds like Caroline Rose. No one.

MagicTurtle643 then how do you know about it?
I love her. Her song Jeanie becomes a mom is my favorite song ever
If you've ever been to Topeka, which is an absolute shithole, the song becomes even better.
Agreed, though Money is up there too for me
Love the keyboardist jumping around and dancing as they play! Wow everyone is just having so much fun and really feeling the music. Love it. Love her vibe.
I'm in SF. I like this group because they work hard to give their audience a great performance.

This is such a great performance. Thank You Caroline Rose 🌹💘
Love the band. Her voice sounds much better without all the distortion on it like on the Loner album. Thanks PBS.
Just getting into her. Sad that I missed the Loner tour, but I have a feeling these songs will be in her set for a long time to come.

She was an architecture major at Wellesley College?
Sounds like she's from The Berklee School of Music. Good ear for sound on her.

What is the name of this first song? It is great!!!!
That drummer is going full Stewart Copeland with those mini-shorts and tshirt!
Does the final song have an actual name/ studio release? I’m in love… pure, unadulterated rock n’ roll!
Yip Yip Yow? Nah, it's not on any official release. Check the version on her NPR performance if you haven't.
I need the song list
43:25 Yip Yip Yow
Would have loved more reverb on Jeannie Becomes a Mom. Would have made for a better performance. Love it either way!
12:53 the song I came for ☺.

what is the name of the first song here?
Everybody's Making Out
So, the key take away is I’m a big ol’ fanboy, but also, I just want to be besties with Allie (sp?). Is that so wrong?
right!! same. Abbie is on keys/guitar - they are awesome!
Last song?
Yip Yip Yow. She performed it on Tiny Desk Concert once. I think it's still unreleased.
She is Paul Dano’s sister right? From Little Miss Sunshine? The mute?
