Best marketing slogan in the history of guitars.
It needs to be embossed on the back of every one of these headstocks.

How nice to see Jeff again. I bought my rosewood neck McCarty Standard from Jeff in 99. He was a great salesman, and a true legend. 25 years later I’m still playing that guitar. Congratulations Rob on your amazing guitar and for this wonderful video.

Currently building a baritone using 40 year old Indian laurel for the neck. I still have a couple of fingerboards of the most fantastic Indian rosewood that was imported in 1982 by a carpenter making cases for very high end shotguns. Genius stuff and it looks like a Victorian antique desk before you start. A grand is a very good price mate!

I was so profoundly influenced by your own videos, and the ones you did with Jeff.
You both had such enthusiasm for "good kit" as Jeff would call it. You both were so clearly in love with the guitars you were showing us.
My guitar collection took shape based on these amazing videos, and asbi sit here now, my office contains a rosewood neck Mccarty, and a Vigier that both came from World Guitars!

I personally like to shellac the face of a rosewood neck's rosewood headstock to "showcase" its gorgeous color & grain pattern somewhere that will easily catch the eye, but yes TMU it needs absolutely nothing but a satisfactory shape for use as a guitar neck to take that guitar to the upper limits.

Back in the mid-2010s, GC commissioned a US Strat from Fender with a solid rosewood neck and Custom Shop Fat 50s pups. I was fortunate enough to get one of those guitars. It is by far my favorite guitar. The resonance is indescribable. So, I know what you're talking about with the feedback to the player being different.
Pickers, if you've never played a solid rosewood neck, do yourself a favor and at least play one sometime. You may or may not like it but you'll definitely have a different perspective on what is possible for guitar tone...
I am curious, Mr. Chapman, will you be offering the ML1 with a solid rosewood neck sometime? I've wanted a ML1 for several years but haven't pulled the trigger on a purchase yet. If you are planning on offering one with the solid rosewood neck, I think I'll wait until you release those.

I’ve never heard of a “Tall Dwarf” before, I need to educate myself.., if you need a small neck I’d personally consider using a local tech to have it planed/sanded to your requirements.

Hi Rob, I don't know how long it would take for Rose Wood to grow as opposed to any other timber like maple 🍁. But my question is it really sustainable in this modern environment living world . There's maybe enough Rose Wood in one neck to make 3 fretboard slabs. I Know these little pleasures are nice to have but will it leads us all down the path to 🦤🦣 Extinction 😅 just some food for thought. I once worked on a Famous Yacht called the Trump Princess. It Had a cinema on board to seat around 25 people and the walls were upholstered in Elephant 🐘 leather from floor to ceiling throughout the whole auditorium. Can we not also use other materials that are more sustainable. Think of the Rain Forrest and how much time we've got left. Rock and Roll is our only Salvation 😄 . Thanks. Take care Rob. Best regards.
