I am 66 years old and I grew up in West Texas. We did not have air conditioning and it was hot but not humid. We used fans a lot. Now the sound of a fan takes me back immediately to my childhood. It is such a comforting sound.
I remember the time when I was 5 years old and flew to my grandma's house in England because that's where she lived due to my grandpa's job. I arrived there, and the highlight of the stay was this little fan heater at 3:00 in the morning. I'll never forget it. Sitting in the armchair, 2 or 3 in the morning, that sound, the warmth on my legs, something unforgettable, especially a few hours before leaving home. Just having my feet by the fan heater was one of the last things I did before leaving grandma's house. I sat in the armchair and savored that beautiful moment, not knowing it would never happen again, and I would never return there. But now I have my grandma nearby; I live about 10 minutes away from her :) Like I said, the sound and the warmth are unforgettable.
This video just went off, and I realized I'd slept through a peaceful night of listening - and continued listening - for hours after I awoke. How peaceful - how calming - how very pleasant it's made my day. The Beast is in a very good place. There's a freshness to nature after having conversed with the powers of the sky throughout the night. I understand I have a voice in determining where my life takes me - and I use it often. Now to go out and enjoy the nature we are part of. By creation, we are part of all things, and all things (most things) accept us and respect us when we respect them and their given place. Respect the space give to any creature - human being - or not. We have a sacred space we call our own - so do all things.
You could say I am the lord of fans. I am using fan even in winter. I love the feeling of wind especially when I am sleeping. under the blanket, sounds of storm, and air coming from the fan! I totally love it!
I actually can't believe this. Ive needed to sleep with a fan on all my life and atm I'm on a tight budget and i need to get my power bill down and im like Ive cut back so much but it's still too high. So ive been thinking i may have to not have my fan on. But I just cannot sleep without it. And just now this video has come up. Thank you sooo much. Its perfect and brilliant! !! Bless you :)

My fan is broken and am currently too broke to buy a new one. My bedroom doesnt have a ceiling fan and i have been able to sleep without it for my whole life. My fan has been broken for three days (meaning I havent slept at all i 72 hours) and this video was an absolute GODSEND. While I sleep with a cold towel to give me the cooling aspects, this video combines two of my sleep needs. Thank you for posting this video!

I have tinnitus and I have to have a fan but because i am on a low wage I couldn’t afford paying for my fan anymore and listening to regular fans on RUclips wasn’t helping but the fact this has background noise as well sends me to sleep right away thank you

I like this, coincidentally I sleep with a desk fan on my night stand and it has to be blowing in my face. Been doing that since I was 14, I am 49 years old now. I couldn't even imagine the number of fans I've gone through and you best believe if for some reason the fan cuts off due to power outages for storms or whatever, I lose my mind. This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. There’s something about this room that’s so inviting and soothing and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it.
i usually freeze at night with a fan on plus listening to rain noises from my ipad, but now bc on chemo i can’t do that anymore with my fan or i’ll get sick, but i still i need thunderstorms AND fan noises to sleep so this is great! would love more like this with really heavy thunderstorms and a fan sound :D thank you for the great sleep 🙏 😊
