Legit reminds me of back when i was 12 and living on the "farm". Old country house with no AC, fan in the window next to the bed on high... rain outside. The evaporative cooling from the windy mist made it a bit damp but cool enough to have a blanket... when it was hot af outside the whole day. I miss those moments.
Nothing more relaxing than finally laying down, finishing up looking through everything, putting in my earphones to listen to some soothing fan sounds.....and forgetting that i left my volume on full blast.
People who have anxiety attacks should use this for therapy. It calms your nerves when you're awake and when I use it for sleep it helps you to sleep in the best way ever. I feel so refreshed and relaxed when I wake up. This is a heaven send.

I wish stores like Walmart and sites like Amazon would realize that some things like fans are not seasonal anymore. Like I know its winter but I still need to replace my broken fan because circulation and background noise.

when i was about 9 there was a hurricane happening and my mom worked at a hotel and they let us sleep in a room there, the first night was really loud rain and thunder with the fan on full blast and for some reason it was really relaxing I wish I could go back there to relive it but this is the closest I'll get ♥

One of my faves, there's also the thunderstorm by a stream in the rainforest which is really nice. Last night I watched footage from the Japanese Selene moon orbiter, which looks as though you're flying backwards only around 50 feet above the surface of the moon. (Even if It's only the total lack of scale that makes it seem that close.)
Remember not to use it every night, the brain has a way of adjusting to common sounds and associating it with the actions that normally follow. Also your brain might find a way to bypass the reaction and make you even more aware thus making it harder for you to sleep. Or maybe it’s just me, I’ve had to use several different white noise aid due to habitually using white noise videos.
I use this sound combo as well as ocean waves on the beach and ambient music...nature sounds of birds...etc Depends on what relaxes me once I try to sleep.
I cannot sleep without a fan and a noise maker. Now my 10 year old needs that noise too. It can be snowing outside, and I still need the fan going! Rain outside and as long as my fan and noise machine are working, I could sleep forever!!

Saves me money from the power bill and it comes with rain and helps me fall asleep faster. I think so yes. And still feel the wind from the fan for some reason. I want more of these. My fiancé watches asmr but the sound of the rain and or fan is better for me and it being combined is even way better. 😁. Have a goodnight yall. Plus I’m 34 weeks pregnant and it’s helping hella. One of my faves, there's also the thunderstorm by a stream in the rainforest which is really nice. Last night I watched footage from the Japanese Selene moon orbiter, which looks as though you're flying backwards only around 50 feet above the surface of the moon. (Even if It's only the total lack of scale that makes it seem that close.)
Remember not to use it every night, the brain has a way of adjusting to common sounds and associating it with the actions that normally follow. Also your brain might find a way to bypass the reaction and make you even more aware thus making it harder for you to sleep. Or maybe it’s just me, I’ve had to use several different white noise aid due to habitually using white noise videos.
Jahmaine Robinson nah, you’re right. I used the same noise over and over. I kinda had a hard time going to bed. So, I look for other white noise.

I cannot sleep without a fan and a noise maker. Now my 10 year old needs that noise too. It can be snowing outside, and I still need the fan going! Rain outside and as long as my fan and noise machine are working, I could sleep forever!!
