As someone who’s had 3 Fiesta’s, admittedly the last gen, MK7, they were wicked little cars, especially the ST. Really nice cars, and loads of tech these days. Nice daily. Giving me ideas 🤔
So it doesn't have auto blip for downshift, but most of these modern fords have rev match for upshifts. So when you put the clutch in to go from 3 to 4 it'll hold the rpm at what it needs to be for 4th, so you can lift straight up on the clutch. I've actually found you don't need to clutch in certain situations cause of it. Take it out if gear and it'll sort of just slot into the next year with no grinding and no fuss
Totally agree, best small, fun car for the money. The Abarth 595 is also a blast, especially due to the stock exhaust being so fruity, but it’s handling isn’t quite on par with the Fiesta ST
@@insertnamehere5660 i think so. these kids think they can trash these cars like they did with 2005 fiesta duratecs or similar cars from the days. but times have changed. even though they tell u ye ye just drive it. you need to be way more strict with oil maintaince and the way u drive them. well atleast when they are cold. otherwise the fiesta mk8 is a pretty solid car with no major problems.
