I agree with you that we can't see other civilization especially those that have gotten really advance in their technology. Though I don't share your view about the difficulty being as a result of distance and time difference.
Any advance alien civilization will follow different part way of exploration from what we are doing now. Consider that recently we've discovered that space and time are not real. They are other plane of existence that we don't have access to. The would be alien civilization will no doubt seek after these other existence, making them invisible to us (hence the great silence).
Imagine the UAPs could be some glimpse of these entities, and we'll never get in contact because of our limitations.

Things may not be all that far, especially if we ever share a view on the simulation explanations and others trying to get a look at science and spirituality. Should all these imaginations have any validity, we may realize it's just a small room (hence the delusions of our minds).
Civilisations long extinct and those yet to come into existence billions of light years away we'll never know.
How can you say when things and proofs are telling something else like I just wanna ask like what's your proof of this argument just curious?!!❤
@radhavlogradhavlog111 , No proof, just a possibility. We humans too will become extinct one day in the future and what's to say another evolutionary process will not happen elsewhere in the universe 😉
