How to Stretch your Lower back at your desk

- Simple stretches anyone can do at their desk or on any chair. Great for the elderly or those who can't lay down on the floor to stretch!
Perform each stretch for 20-30 seconds, and if you experience any pain, release the stretch a little until you feel comfortable.
