- The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to create a specific hairstyle and color for a birthday party, but she claims the defendant poked her with needles and even burned her scalp. She’s suing to get her money back. The defendant says the plaintiff told her at the time she was happy with the weave but then bashed her on social media.

Then by her taking 25$ she immediately said yes because she don’t have to pay as much and that’s obvious Bc if she don’t do work why ain’t no other client taking her to court , let’s be fr the girl with the birthday was mad and probably need or want ha money back tbh .

@@candacep3573 I should’ve walked the tf out lol.
Arrogance is so unflattering no matter what someone profession is. The judge needs a nice piece of humble pie 🥧
Maybe it's because the people are taking too long to get to the point and unnecessarily DRAGGING OUT the story for longer than it needs to be.
So annoying 🤦♀️
I’ve honestly done the same thing when I’ve gotten my nails and hair done. Sometimes you’re just so excited to leave and they kind of hide the imperfections enough that you don’t take the time to examine every detail at the shop. But when I went home i could see all the bs 😭😭. I get it.
Agree! A few times had my hair dyed and it looked good in the salon (maybe the lights) but once I got home, it didn't look right. Had to get it re-done by another stylist.

It’s crazy because I can’t see the defendants eyes
She clearly couldn't see while cutting the woman's hair, either.

I can't see her eyes either, it's because of her fake lashes.
Hahaha...I am the lady with the black hair and silver necklace sitting to the left side of the plaintiff.Sitting live in the courtroom listening to this Powdered Donut of a Stylist,I couldn't help but stifle laughter more than once. You go Miss Jones!
Social media gets A LOT of people in trouble.
It’s the Devils playground
People get themselves in trouble on social media. Not sm’s fault.
FACTS!
Yes I'm learning a lot about watching cases. Just leave personal out all the way
Exactly
The plaintiff was so sweet…she provided a great message advising of her dissatisfaction and the stylist was nasty!!! Mistakes happen…it’s the actions after the mistake that shows your true colors!!!
O but it’s okay for y’all to get on her for one small thing she said but does not find it wrong that the plaintiff n her friends started threatening her over the situation? Like seriously n the judge said nothing about that. The stylist messed up but she tried to fix her mistake n the plaintiff declined so that’s her fault.
@@doilooklikeigaf29yearsago81 but she doesn’t have to let her fix it…if I got to a surgeon and he cuts off the wrong leg I don’t have to go back…she lost faith it’s her right

Her n her friends had no right to send threats to that girl. N let’s also keep in mind dat she grown asf n she allowed her hair to get done like dat, dats on her. 😭🤷🏽♀️
Judges are biased too. But I’m with the plaintiff. This woman deserved a refund all along. Her cap was sticking out on both sides? Like huh? Sounds like hairstylist doesn’t even know what she’s doing w hair. She didn’t do a thorough job.
“it’s the actions after the mistake that shows ur true colors” 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The judge was rude. The girl was telling her story and the judge kept interrupting her with " So what happened?" and the Instagram comments. The judge is annoying.
You must never have been to court before...lol. ALL judges are rude
Lol I like the judge... she was fair
She spoke to the client nice and understanding and then super rude to the other one..
@@rheannarozario5666 I realized that too. As a judge, she’s supposed to see both sides instead of cutting people off

I think the defendant is fraudulent because there is no way that wig should've came out like that. How is that your social media page shows perfection, but your actual work is bad? Something isn't right.
Exactly! Then she cut the hair short by a mistake 🧐 Was she taking her anger out on her client? She was playing gospel music at her salon. Yet, she was acting nasty.
Right ! No way she did her own wig today!!!
But her lace was laid.. I can’t stand hairstylist like that..it’s like looking good and your kids look bad!!

She looking gray in the face. Definietly casket ready with the wrong makeup.

The lady who got her hair done is so professional and she explained everything with such detail she didn’t storm out of anger or say mean stuff to the judge out of anger I love how professional she is this was so fun to watch!
She is not professional - she's the client - she is being polite and respectful, not 'professional'.
That’s what you are supposed to do
You should never say “ because I’m pretty .“ As soon as you say something self admiring and arrogant like that people are going to come down on you like a ton of bricks . They’ll point out why you’re wrong , and not kindly either .
But she is beautiful, and confident, and that's why she has that many followers
@@ebonyeyed08ti she may be pretty , But did you see all the negative remarks about her appearance ? I wrote as I did because it was clear negatively was the main response to her appearance , and I pointed out why I thought she got that response . @@lindacarruthers3423 well, she's did say people followed her because she is pretty and knows how to dress, but did she like, the judge asked her why so many followers and she responded why she has so many followers , why else would she have so many followers? Pretty is shallow and surface, ugly is to the bone..looks only take you so far but the vain society we live in celebrates that.
Lol as soon as she said that I was like yikes wrong answer baby. She could have humbly reworded that” people follow me for hair and styling inspiration” would have been better
If the girl called herself ugly & was insecure yall would be begging her to call herself pretty 😂 just say you jealous & move on
Right lmfao
That's so true
Exactly! People hate when people love themselves.
nah the defendant came off cocky, conceited & dismissive of the plaintiff's issues right off the bat & she thought her looks would get her out of a sticky situation like it usually does with men & the judge said no not this time boo.

the judge didn't let her speak because she knew what she was going to say. Everyone wants to create businesses through social media and a lot of times when its someone who is really attractive and pretty it can be really misleading. You can't blame someone for other people's comments and you can't get mad when someone who has had a bad experience with you post about it. Although she should have gone back in the shop right after she noticed all the mistakes she should have just left it at giving the free install instead of trying to argue with the women

This plaintiff has got to be the NICEST and most PROFESSIONAL person I've ever seen.
She is not 'professional'. She is the client. Her behavior is either rude or polite, but not professional - she is not the one getting paid to do the work, i.e. she is not the professional, therefore her behavior cannot be described as professional.
@@citytrees1752u just keep saying she’s not professional without giving any examples on how she’s not.

Confidence and arrogance are two different things. Alot of women confuse the two.

You dont walk into a court room and flash your arrogance at a judge though like wtf 😂😂😂😂

The judge was bullying her based of her calling herself pretty. She is 21 years old still learning. But she definitely messed up and could’ve handled the situation better.
That was bullying? Or was it teaching an egotistical business owner, who granted is young, how situations like these play out. The younger generation really likes to believe that they do nothing wrong and then when they get called out it becomes "I was bullied".
To Whitney & Stormy, Y is it that all the beautiful ladies commenting aren't focused and angry about her saying she was pretty? We forget black girl magic until "pretty" steps in the room.
@@pambisugar8286 I don't understand your question. Perhaps, looks are subjective and I am not concerned about her "pretty" comment because it's irrelevant to the case.
