If its going to be all renewables by 2050, how many big batteries will the UK need to provide power overnight (10 hours approx.) to now around 70 million residents, or an expected 100 million by 2050? *Many hundreds @ £400 million each. A cost that many Green pollies globally never factor in.
If an outlet or platform filters (aka censors) news that their donors dislike, then it defeats the purpose of using it for news. Also, without alternatives to the outlets and platforms that do this, it makes things difficult for citizens looking to be informed.
