- Hey everyone, and welcome to my latest FNAF theory! Today I talk about Into The Pit, the brand new Five Nights At Freddy's game, whether it's canon to the FNAF timeline or not, as well as more insane FNAF lore like the origins of Pit Bonnie and his connection to William Afton, why Foxy is missing from Into The Pit, whether the FNAF books are canon or not and more, so be sure to subscribe, leave a like but most importantly comment your thoughts if you enjoyed! (or if you didn't, sometimes that's even better)

Remember to leave your thoughts on the theory in the comments!
The fact that actions taken in the ball pit change the current day pizzaria, and the fact calling your mom while in the ballpit pizzaria works will never not be annoying. conflicting facts that make everything much harder.
I think it just goes to show that Oswald is tripping balls (pun intended). He can call Mom because he's still in Jeff's ballpit and the objects being carried back and forth are Agony hallucinations
I never thought about how Foxy doesn't have a big midsection that could have been stuffed, good point.
The Stichwraith is weird for not having it's battery.
Elenor!
Pittrap!
The weird Oswald connection.
Honestly the Foxy GO GO GO thing is something that I have never noticed before. Also, while I do think that the stichline being pretty heavily connected to the games (and I think is going to be the right solution moving on) does bring up some slight problems (why is cassidy such a big deal in FNAF) I think it is better for the FNAF lore overall
Good theories mate, i personally don't believe frights reboot though and hers why.
Into The Pit can work with supporting Stitchline games, this is because the Frights and Tales books are in game books in the FNAF Universe. This theory is based off of what Scott and the autors said about the canonisity of the books. They said they were stories "directly connected" and the Tales books were said to take place within the Game Universe.
What if this is literal. Think about it, HW tells us the original games were games in the FNAF universe to cover up the past so whats stopping Fazbear Entertainment from making books poking fun at the stories. There are freaking arcade machines with Frights characters on them for crying out loud.
But obviously, just like the original games, they are more or less real events in the FNAF Universe. So I feel the basic understanding is that if Stitchline is confirmed by Into the Pit then the relevant Frights stories (the Stitchwraith Stingers and all relevent stories) need to be explained and i think i got it.
*Into the Pit* has no evidence for being after FNAF 6 nor does some of the other Frights stories (not all, just some as stories like *Man in Room 1280* must take place after FNAF 6. Sure it's implied but the stories that are basically the origin of Stritchwraith itself ( like *Fetch* and *The Real Jake* for example) have no concrete set date to happen. Theres nothing stopping some of the stories to take place long before the Stitchwraith.
Ones like Out of Stock, *1:35 A.M.* and *Step closer* obviously all happen after Stitchwraith as we know they collected the pieces of the animatronics and stuff.
But the stuff like Eleanor creating the Plushtrap chaser (which we know that it existed for a while since people repeatedly kept sending it back to the store) and terrorising people in *1:35 am* , *Step Closer* , *Blackbird* and *Hide-and-Seek* don't need to be around the same time as Stitchwraith.
I'm just saying there can be time jumps in between stories. Like:
*Room for one more* obviously takes place before Sister Location which has SnackSpace from *Into the Pit* mentioned in it
*Prankster* has Glitchtrap in it so its after Help Wanted was in development.
*What We Found* is basically a retelling of FNAF 3
*Room 1280* says William has been there for a long while after FNAF 6, all these are years apart from eachother so stories can happen at any point in the canon.
So *Into the Pit* ,*Fetch* , *The Real Jake* and all the stories where Eleanor was involved with creating things like *To Be Beautiful* can happen years before FNAF 6.
Eleanor and the Stitchwraith can do there own thing for a long while from when they are created
And then the stories like *Room 1280* and everything we know the Stitchwraith is connected with can happen after FNAF 6.
If Into the Pit is indeed canon to the games then it can make sense when you consider there is a gap in time between the stories.
This explains how and why we see *Fetch* , *To Be Beautiful* and *Count the Ways* can be in the game, because they happen before Oswald goes in the pit.
*Here's addressing some possible contradictions:*
The Easter eggs are not canon as the developers said and the Stitchwraith can appear in Oswald's window because they do exist at that time.
I know you guys will say no because Andrew went into Fetch after William exploded in the factory but his spirit was split across many things when that happened and nothing really says Andrew was in Fetch during *Fetch* and could easily of latched to Fetch as it would of had agony from being beaten up like what happened to the Mimic. Fetch can just be a faulty product, it may be a lame answer but not everything can be great (Fazgoo and Springtrap pregnancy anyone).
Eleanor is still a mystery but if she is indeed and agony creature created after either Elizabeth’s death, the agony collected from the kids William experiments with in his bunker (my personal belief) or just is Shadow Freddy like people have theorised before, nothing is stopping her from existing for a long time until we see her in the Stitchwraith stingers.
What do you all think?
I think that the moment that oswald sees the mci is suppost to be a refrence to foxy go go go, oswald being foxy, spring bonnie being afton, and the mci victims yk
If you fail the quick time event at the end of the game when you are being pulled back into the pit by the creature, you will get a cutscene in which you are first referred to as 'Oswald' and then 'oswald' then simply just 'oz' while standing in front of Foxy's pirate cove while questioning yourself as to what you even are, implying that you have become foxy and are now stuck in 1985. But if you remember when you first meet Mike and Chip, Mike says that your name 'Oswald' is very similar to 'Oz' and he starts to refer to you as 'oz' just as the cutscene in which you had become Foxy refers to you as. Idk if this has any lore implications though and the fact that Mike refers to you as 'oz' might not hint at anything.
I think it's funny since the Wizard Of Oz hides behind a curtain in the book and movies, so maybe more OswaldFoxy evidence?
I honestly completely agree with this Theory
I don’t think this game is meant to bring the stories into the games, it’s just an adaptation. But as for the books being in the games is debatable. I think the whole sixth victim only applies to stories of F.N.A.F.7 and onwards, so Andrew isn’t important to stories of 1-6 + World, as he might be a new addition.
I misread the discription on your channel “that midnight motorist”☠️ nice theory though new sub!

Hey nice vid!
I forgot which game this song came from but what’s the song at 0:35? Just curious, thx!
they're all FNAF, pretty sure that's FNAF World
@@WitheredCircle
I just looked through the FNaF world OST and I couldn't find anything.
So many theorists use this song in their vids and it's been bugging me for a while now lol
I genuinely feel like it doesn't exist or something and the world is just messing with me
hold up let me try and find it sorry it took so long only saw your comment now
Edit: Caught In A Loop, Help Wanted & Security Breach
@@WitheredCircle THANKS!! :D
ANDREW!
Such a good video
Is he a demon ? Is the ballpit a kill method of that afton
you could say he's an agony demon but the ballpit is likely just where all the Freddy's agony goes.
7:00 basically, ur saying that the events of the books are similar to events or themes in the games without being 1 to 1. Didn't everyone already know this tho? I mean, they made their first story about time travel just to get the point across that it isn't game cannon. GT knew about this from day 1
Also, that isn't what a reboot is
7:13 funtime freddys arm is seen on screen but he's still the normal size off screen, hence how he can kidnapp a child. Plus, there's no indication it's to scale or a literal depictions of the story (drinks the size of her head, boiling cauldrons, literal heart with an arrow thru it)
7:13 the handpuppet wouldn't be visible from inside the animatronic cuz it's detachable and not hollow.
8:13 like that means a thing lol
8:24 not a reboot (firstpoint)
8:30 not endless (firstpoint
8:33 it's just a shadow. The stitchwraith doesn't have a defined 'shape' that'd be recognizable here.plus, why would the stichwraith be following him how would they have found out about afton
9:52 how would any of that happen. Agony needs a vessel to be able to do anything. It doesn't just haunt a random room, making ppl hallucinate killer rabbits wherever ppl die or we wouldve seen it in games bynow. I assume ur trying to say it's like the phantoms of fnaf3 but theres some holes with ur logic.
1. Oswald doesn't know what the dnaf character look like before the time travel stuff. Mike was only able to see phantoms of fnaf1 characters because he was the dnaf1 nightguard.
2. Phantoms can't cover your whole vision. You can see an animatronic in front of you but you can't see a whole different building.
3. Phantoms go away after getting jumpscared but oz was grabbed by springbonnie and other animatronics without the game ending.
4. It's like an 80% chance the phantoms are illusion discs or nightmare gas or low oxygen or something so keep that in mind idk
5: was nobody paying attention to the child wandering Jeff's pizza talking to no one, rummaging thru the vents, going into back rooms, and screaming like he saw someone get murdered?
6. Oz saw is dad as springbonnie when he was at his house so what's the range on these ghosts. It prolly could've been trauma or something ig. you get a pass but not for this one ⬇️
7. HE LITERALLY HAS A BITTEN ARM THE THE 2STAR ENDING JFC
10:02 source? lol
guys got an actual point at 11:34 tho, cya
I'll explain some of the stuff you brought up
1. Into The Pit isn't about time travel.
2. The handpuppet could be detached from the animatronic or just a representation of FF but Bon Bon wasn't there in the original story which led me to my conclusion
3. Reboot is a term used vaguely here. it's more like a soft retcon situation where they transfer the events of the books into the games and make some differences
4. Stitchwraith has a shape and it's canon. Also that thing is literally called Stitchwraith by Mega Cat.
5. Agony can infect objects like the ballpit.
6. It's likely Oz's connection to the Freddy characters comes from his dad possibly being Freddy Bully from 4 thanks to the mask we find in our house.
7. You've got a point about the werid phantom agony stuff it's really weird
8: Oswald wasn't tripping balls in the real world, he was still in the ball pit.
9: The bitten arm thing IS true. Idk how to explain this but the suit is present irl so maybe that had something to do with it.
MASSIVE W FOR FRIGHTSREBOOT.
Personally I think this anniversary is trying to say that Frights and Tales are getting a reboot to end the awful book debate from now on. For sure, ITP Game fits well as “The Cawthon Cut” of the story and this might go to Secret of the Mimic, Fetch Game, and beyond.
Tbh, I agree with everything in this video
If only we could get the Cawthon Cut of Security Breach.
@@LiMe251 Idk, I want to see a comic about what was Scott’s vision of SB. Probably a non-canon comic since it may contradict what we see in SB.
@@Cross_Corp64 It probably would, Burntrap wasn't supposed to move.
@@LiMe251 Now come to think of it, I don’t know which ending is the canon one to Security Breach. It seems like from Scott’s tone in the second interview, Steel Wool accidentally made the Burntrap ending canon. But I’m not sure if Scott retconned it with Ruin, cuz HW2 makes me think Bonnie Bro did the PQ Ending.
Idk I’m not sure now since SB is such a buggy mess
🙄 Oh I’m absolutely sure that it’s totally canon, as canon as the Harry Potter Movies are canon to the original books. 😂
well looks like someone ignored the entire video
I'm really curious when canon = continuity started. It must have been when fandom culture started, since none of the dictionaries have this kind of definition. They all say the word canon means official. Moreover, before modern fandom culture existed, the word was typically used to differentiate the books of the Bible from related apocryphal texts (and of course, it was used by the Catholic Church in other contexts, but always with the same meaning, “official”). So Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 are “canon” to Christianity, but the two creation myths clearly take place in different continuities. The literal stories contradict each other. So, multiple continuities in a single canon is something that was established in the oldest fandom in the western world. It’s not new.
The Catholic church does not believe that Genesis 1 and 2 are different continuities. You can think they are, but the offical position of the Roman Catholic Church is that they are consistent with each other, and what you have is a retelling of creation with a different emphasis, not a new myth.
@@JohnSmith-cb9hb I have no interest in in what the Catholic Church does or does not believe.
If stitch wraith is cannon, im wondering if that has something to do with the mimic… than again the whole two spirits possessing it has some correlations to golden Freddy…. I think im siding with the theory that fazbear created these games to distract or muddy the waters to the actual events. At some point the distinction needs to be made clear
I think that with the pit being the transport into the agony memory. I think Oswald is accessing the memory of the child who became foxy which is why if you fail the quick time event you see other animatronics greeting him. For the actual kid the ball pit wouldn't allow him to escape to safety like Oswald.
Actually I just think that the books are just like the VR games Just books in the universe of the games
that's valid but it creates problems especially with Tales. Why would Fazbear want to expose themselves for something they did like literally a year or two ago by writing some weird fanfiction?
I’m pretty sure the ending is implying the yellow rabbit becomes Oswald since his eyes glow blue just like his dad did
Actually Oswald becomes Foxy at the end. That's why his eyes are blue and he slowly forgets his name and who he is.
I’m with the other reply here. It’s more likely for it to represent Oswald becoming Foxy. If it was implying Spring Bonnie became Oswald, then it would have shown us Spring Bonnie in the present time, pretending to be so. Instead, it shows Oswald slowly forgetting who he is until he reaches the front of Foxy’s stage where his eyes light up.
@@gingermint1230 I agree 100 percent!
