You need to get it via synthesis. You also can get it though Zodiac Pass, Rare/Magic Link Rune Selection Box

@@sayakafurukawa08 You have to bend your trigger rune to use just 1 parallel multi shot, if your trigger rune is not bent, you have to use 2.

My Parallel Multishot doesnt work on Frostt Ball, it says this rune can not use Paralelle shot :(
