Does the charger charge both batteries at same time or do you need 2 chargers

My rear tire is now flat, and I aired it up yesterday And it was flat again within two hours. Have not yet tried to find the leak.
The battery range is stated at 9.5 mph with pedal assist on a level road. I had to change batteries out after only 30 miles of riding averaging about 25 mph with pedal assist. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this. Battery range has been consistent at about 30 miles with batteries in the green, which could be as low as 85%. I thought it might improve after they had been charged a few times, but that is not true. I bought this bike expecting to be able to ride to Gainesville and back, which is 30 miles each way plus any amount of riding around while in town. Not happy with range at all! And I bought Additional headlight and taillight so they will not be drawing from the bike batteries.
Rural country roads here in Florida are quite rough, and the lack of suspension is a major issue. I have been jarred very badly a few times already. Mirrors were a problem. You can't use bar-end mirrors like on my Schwinn and it is difficult to find any good mirrors that fit. The first mirrors I found were convex, and they were terrible. You can't see traffic in them until it is whizzing by you! This bike should be sold with suitable mirrors!
I have over $2300 invested in this bike now, including two more batteries and a second charger. Charge times are also long, since the charger puts out 107 watts. To fully charge both batteries with one charger takes about ten hours. Using both chargers cuts that time to a more reasonable time. Ten hours is simply not acceptable.
For what it costs, this bike is not a very good value at all!
