I hear no microphonic while wearing it and yes the chinslide is the worse thing with the cable 😂 useless and just there for show. I got mine at $5-$6-ish I think it was an incredible value at that price.
I like this cable a lot. No problem with kinks. Brigther sound which you can actually hear on at least some darker IEMs like the Kbear Rosefinch. It looks great too. The chin slider is a joke. I don't like the overly extended plastic on the connector but that is an issue I have with too many of them,lol.

Gave mine away less than a day, the material isnt nice on the skin, the chin slider was so annoying that i had to DIY mod them with a cable tie and the cable is abit stiff for my liking. Nothing to say regarding the sound changes tho since I'm not one of those people who has imaginary perception regarding audio changes, 100% sure it's just placebo.
Fair enough, I agree with your take on this cable, although I am not as offended by the material feel, but I definitely understand why people might not like it. Thanks!
