Quick question - Would you say a key activity that is part of the continual improvement practice is to make a business case for the improvement action?
All the tools and concepts in the world won’t help if you don’t actually follow or use them properly. And that’s the biggest problem with ITIL. People are people, and it’s hard to find employees who offer great service.
