FDNY On Scene Brooklyn 4th Alarm box 139 *77-44-0139* 65 Devoe St @ Leonard St. Heavy Fire in a Private Dwelling in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 11/25/21
New York City Fire Department Units Responded to 63 Devoe St around 11pm on Thanksgiving Night to Reports of a Building Fire in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. On Arrival Units had a Fire in 65 Devoe St and transmitted the 10-75 (Working Fire Signal) along with an All Hands. With Heavy Fire on the Top Floor and out the roof the 2nd Alarm was Transmitted Shortly After. As Fire Conditions continue to deteriorate, A 3rd Alarm was Transmitted. After Members we’re able to get a hold of the fire, the Main Body of Fire was Quickly Knocked Down with a few Pockets of Fire Still Remaining. By the time the Fire had been brought Under Control at Around 1:50 in the morning, a 4th Alarm had been Transmitted and 6 Firefighters had Received Minor Injuries. 12 Residents were Displaced and the Cause of the Fire is Under Investigation.
