SPICY ASPARAGUS SPEARS
1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 to 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. spicy seasoning
1/2 black pepper
1/2 tbls. rosemary & garlic seasoning
1 to 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1. Snap off the woody fiber ends at the bottom of the spears. Wash the asparagus thoroughly in cold running water.
2. Heat skillet over med-high heat, add butter and olive oil. When the butter is melted, add asparagus and seasoning mix.
3. Cook until the asparagus is tender, SERVE HOT.

Bro. Ray ❤️ I never thought I would like Asparagus. I didn't grow up eating it so I never bothered with it. My daughter brought some home and we sauteed them in a pan with butter and seasoning as well. It still had a lil bite to it and I loved it. Asparagus takes seasoning well.

Looks Good my Brother! My go to for asparagus is still some bacon chopped so I can run it down and get the fat take it out crispy and mice paragus and a little butter and then I will add the cheese I never done that yet but I'll I'm going to steal the cheese idea for you and then add back the bacon to it and maybe with some shallots
