The only thing I don't understand is that the main dining room is on the lower/sub level while the kitchen is upstairs! Huh? Unless there's a hidden chef's kitchen on the lower level.
The exterior is wonderful. You lost me with that carpet @ 2:27 & the elevator is just too much. Maybe it's handy if it's for handicap users but can't help but think that someone could be home alone & stuck in that thing. Who would help in that situation should it happen? What does that electric bill look like with that too? NOPE!
Yeah it's creepy ain't it? Couldn't you just imagine callin out to one of your loved ones but they don't show up because they can't hear you, then you go lookin for them & can't find them because there's so many places they could be? I can't relax without hearing some kind of toys or something in the background.
I'm currently designing a house for my husband and I (and dog) that is very similar to this, in Upstate New York. Although it's a little bit different in interior details, but I very much appreciate many elements of this.
According to the county treasurer's office (Paradise Valley is in Maricopa County), the 2019 tax on this property was $54,014.18. - treasurer.maricopa.gov/parcel/TaxDetails.aspx?taxyear=2019. - The property is owned by a Nevada business listed as - 5335 N INVERGORDON RD LLC.
that ugly orange elevator is an eyesore. replacing it with a contemporary slate water wall would look much cooler. would be a nice combo with the fireplace on the opposite side. balance water and fire elements.
Don't be silly. The goal is for you to call the Realtor with your questions, not to answer them all so you don't have to call... The realtor wants to speak with you!
Too many "oo it's beautiful" comments. I have to disagree. It is not beautiful. I almost liked the vanity top... until they showed the badly done lighting. 1:51 "sparing no expense..." Yes, they did. Cheap computer controlled 2d routing is NOT the same as richly carved wood paneling and it looks cheap too. The stairs are not beautifully curved, they are awkward, relate poorly to the nearby geometry and - the way this is furnished - terminate with a clumsy stumble oops let me by through here thanks. Looking at the stairs there's two blocky stone piers that don't relate to the room geometry, the rest of the materials, they don't even meet the floor or ceiling with any sense of grace or propriety. The place is icky.
I think I would have to change the master bedroom though I don't like the way that is the carpet is quite ugly and just the way it is does it make sense to me it just doesn't feel right you put all the vaulted ceilings everywhere else but not that one was kind of wrong to me. Mahogany is not cheap in the amount that these guys put into this house is very extraordinary we have gigantic mousam mahogany in here very lovely to see must have been quite expensive to make can't make any mistakes on mahogany wood
Omg I have never seen such an ugly interior, that elevator is so bad. Half the house looks like 1970 threw up in it. Nothing can make the 1970’s look good
Dukky Drake+ I know, another house I would want is a beautiful home, totally my style, but the back yard is a HUGE themed lazy river pool and on the other side of the house is waterfalls pool. But I do not like it is in Nevada. I do not want to live in Nevada. Forget living in California. The Property taxes is so high. A house valued there for $3 million, the taxes on it will be around $89,000 a year. But Florida where I live and want to stay, majority of the homes here are Mediterranean and contemporary. I hate both designs. Any home I find on here that i LOVE in Florida, has been sold already, or sold so fast when my realtor finds my style of home. I can never time it right, till now, I found a home with a Gothic style to it, and it is beautiful and my style. The only thing I want to change is the typical inground pool to a tropical oasis pool with water falls and a lazy river going around it. But the home is just my style. So the house has been up for sale now for 6 months, so i put full bid on the house, and all of a sudden all these bids started to come in. Not ONE bid went on the house till the MOMENT I put a bid in, what is up with that? I been looking for a already built home with mature landscaping for 4 years, and now i am in a bid war. It reached my budget and another bid came in, and sold that that last bid. Talk about being upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still looking, it is so frustrating. To answer your question, the landscape is not nice there, to hard to keep grass green due to all the water limits, just to much sand, to much running the A/C's, very expensive electrical bills, and not much to do, with all the heat and humidity. It is HOT even in the shade. I went there once to visit family, and we could only swim in the pool in the late evenings, but the late evening has to end due to noise, neighbors complain about the water sounds and talking sounds after 11 pm.
I've never seen a fireplace so massive before oh my.. just imagining the journey and effort it took to get that up there
Beautiful house just huge.
Mineral collector. Awesome. I only have a cheap phone, but I spotted that collection. Nice.
The driveway reminds me of The Flamingo in Vegas! Great job on the narration!
looks like a casino.
Wow. OMG!!
This estate is truly a beautiful n very comfortable place to live . I love 💘 it .
Im next to get a home like this...OUTSTANDING HOME😘👏👏👏

I drove by this estate today. Now I know what it looks like - 😊👌beautiful!
This house I just saw on Zillow yesterday lol
The only thing I don't understand is that the main dining room is on the lower/sub level while the kitchen is upstairs! Huh? Unless there's a hidden chef's kitchen on the lower level.

We all get old. I prefer single story homes for that reason.
Congrats on the quality of this video shoot. Very WELL DONE...
Beautiful residence, horrible interior furnishings, hope they do not come with the house or call Goodwill .
Sam Avery This is the interior of a 90 year old man
Shooting range? I'll take it!
Holy moly wow mind blowing beautiful
Are there any living King Solomons on earth today? This looks like something he would live in...lol. What a spectacular piece of architecture!
This house is wild
After all this time, the property is still for sale. Why is that? It's been on Zillow for over 3 years now.
Looks more like a min shopping mall
You would never have to leave for vacation . It has everything.
This is beautiful but it’s huge.. I’ve lived in places smaller than the bathroom. ☺️
It's all nice and what not but it's for real doing the most and extra ass hell
Has a 2 lane indoor shooting range
Nice Canada house & please price
The décor is kitsch de lux...
I guess you use the elevator to deliver the food downstairs to the dining room? Did I see that correctly?
I shock WOW Beautiful big house. Rich million dollar....

I wonder how much it cost dam
impressive, but I just don't understand when you have a gorgeous view on camel mountain, you look out to a pool! lit at night too!
It wasn’t sold until 5-21 for 14.2 million! That was a steal
Beautiful home .could get lost in it .haha but the up keep would be to much .who ever designed this home has good taste .
What's the price of sale?
Combien coûte cette magnifique propriété ?👍❤️❤️
What you burn in the fire place, whole trees lol
Idk. Maybe, dead bodies.
(From the shooting gallery.)
these big palace like things are too lonely that is the main reason they go up for sale
Sandhu Bhupinder - Or by the time someone has money to buy this, they also have health problems that mean living smaller

Omg Want this house just bc of the address plus it's close to my kids...
A great place : )
that ugly orange elevator is an eyesore. replacing it with a contemporary slate water wall would look much cooler. would be a nice combo with the fireplace on the opposite side. balance water and fire elements.
Is this a Paradise Valley home or a Las Vegas casino?
Seeing these homes while living in a 2 bedroom apt!! 😏
Try watching from a 300 sqft. bus

Don't be silly. The goal is for you to call the Realtor with your questions, not to answer them all so you don't have to call... The realtor wants to speak with you!

Boa Gaming - I still think parts of the 1960s can make the 1970s look good.
Ummmm what about the house from incredibles 2...
Wow
Seriously? Who would live in this behemoth. It isn't a warm inviting home...more like a hotel.
poor people logic
+john smith John's just another simpleton jumping to conclusions.
+Vanity Fair-I agree it's more like a hotel than a home.

This house is freaking amazing but it's one of the last place I would live because it's home of the snakes in this area!!!
I've lived here for 32 years and have found 2 snakes my entire life and I do live out in the desert suburbs
Not too many snakes there, except maybe the human variety.
