That's flat out amazing. RUclips is fun to look thru as regards luxury AZ real-estate. I'm a big fan of Silverleaf but there are large estate homes there for more than twice the price of this place and they're not as well put together. This property is great. Hard to believe it only went for 6!

I'm building a custom home in Vegas that's going to use CAT6 instead of romex for all of my lighting. I would get this first of all if I had enough money, but second of all if it didn't have as many led lights as it does. I usually like them but there is a limit and you dont need it in almost every room. Nice house though.

The location of and design of the staircase is horrendous! It’s literally smack dab in the middle of the living space and takes away from the overall vibe. Terrible design. Love the backyard tho!
