Ingredients:
How to make Bis Keemiya
Water - 1 Cup
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Salt ( according to taste )
Big onion - 1/2 Cup
green chillies - 3 nos
Cabbage - 3/4 - 1 Cup
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 2 Cups
boiled Eggs - 2 nos
Refined oil( for frying )
