    Was stuck for 1 hour after setting static up and d printer isn’t showing on d network. Big thanks to u boss.

    I tried your advice but it didn't work. It keeps saying the printer is not found on the network. I tried installing the printer the old way where I tried adding the port as a standard TCP/IP port, by using the IP address from the old printer. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to assign a new port? When I click add printer, the printer shows up on the list of printers but when I pick port it doesn't recognize it. What should I do? It is a RICOH 402SPF printer. I would appreciate any advice.

      Thank you for contacting us. I am about to update another video regarding net working issue. But for now log in system settings - 5810 - delete 8 to 15 and restart.
      It will be sorted. 👍

      Is it mp 402 ? It is black and white copyer right?
      Does it have a touch pad?

      Go to copier or printer interface and type 806182 on the number pad and find 5810 - and execute 8 to 15 and restart

    How to Connect Ricoh C 307 to the mobile directly? I mean WiFi direct setting

      you connect your mobile
      devices to the MP C307/MP C407. When your mobile devices are
      connected to the same network as the MP C307/MP C407, use
      AirPrint
      to connect iOS devices or MopriaTM for Android devices. With
      the RICOH Smart Device Connector App, connect to the
      MP C307/MP C407 and initiate print, scan, copy and fax jobs right
      from your smart device. Also print files on your device(s) or cloud
      storage, and scan directly to cloud storage. Users can connect via NFC
      or QR code to the MP C307/MP C407 without needing to go onto the
      corporate network

      Go to system SP and go to 5801 del 8 to 15 and restart. And then try again connecting

      Definitely should be there.. system settings and go to interface settings, then the next page or on the same page.
      It's depends on which model it is.

      What you can do is
      * sc settings 5810 - delete 8 to 15 and restart the MFD.
      this will sort you out.
