How did you witness to your past Protestant friends. I three months ago became a catholic (former protestant believer that loves Jesus but my husband came into me in a dream saying, (Anne, the Catholic Church is true.). We both knew Jesus as our dear Savior. Now at 90 yrs it is hard adjusting to being now a CATHOLIC BELIEVER.

God is not divided God brought a nation to bring in the messiah , and they disobeyed him , Israel led the whole nation to worshipping idols, the Catholic church leads the world to worship idols, i threw all my imagines away in the bin and all rosaries God hates idols any carving . This was soooo refreshing a talk! I didn't know there was this channel until I saw this title pop up in my feed while watching another Catholic channel. It's so wonderful to hear not to tear down all the clergy, but pray for them and their conversion. So many channels have such harsh words and names and vile comments, or nick names, that it's soul sucking and puts people in a bad place mentally and spiritually, filling people with hate. Bishop A. Schneider has such a beautiful response about these our times. We must have respect while dealing with errors happening within the Church. People forget to pray for these religious, and that's what they need most. The devil loves causing division, and that's evident in most talks today. I personally have to guard from being drawn into them anymore, as they get me riled up and that's just what the evil one wants. I look forward to watching more shows from this channel.

Thankyou...greetings from the Netherlands where unfortunately most citizens are unbelievers and churches are closing...sadly islam is growing and gaining influence in all echelons of Dutch society...atheist and agnostic Dutch people don't realize that every spiritual vacuum will be filled with a spiritual force...whether good or evil...not following Jesus means that something else will be tried to fill the interior emptiness that only our Creator can fill...so we can see increasing cases of depression, anxiety and addiction...but there is also good development>oecumenical church services where Roman Catholics and Protestants celebrate together...
Echumenical services are not a good thing. Jesus didn't found any protestant church he founded the catholic church

The people stopped coming to Mass because they were abandoned by the clergy during the "feardemic". Previously the clergy ran towards human suffering and brought the Sacraments. During the last two years
I guess you have been in a coma. The Novus Ordo laity began leaving in droves DECADES ago. They fled either to nowhere in particular or to SACRED TRADITION. The sodomite infestation of the clergy, revealed in the 2002 crisis in Boston, church closings, massive sex abuse settlements have all PROVED that the NO is a counterfeit faith. Hahn is a self-promoting heretic; his entire family makes money from the uneducated, ill-informed average "catholic in name only". You have not STUDIED your faith, not read a Church Doctor or early Church father, don't consult a Baltimore or Trent catechism and likely, don't pray daily. I suggest you pray the ROSARY DAILY and ask for discernment and prudence or you can continue to line the pockets and be deceived by opportunists like Kimberley Hahn et al.

During the last two years the clergy ran away from the flock and now.many have lost the respect of their congregation. Many canonized saints died ministering to the people not hiding from them. The Church and Jesus were always counter cultural and they shaped society and provided light in the darkness not more darkness. @@tony1685 Please forgive me. I’m not a great scholar. I am just curious however, that this is the unfortunate argument that was current even then among the first believers. The whole book of Galatians is dedicated to why go back to follow the law instead of living in Grace.
Jesus completely fulfilled the law and His blood did what the law could never do. A new covenant.
Paul did seem to have a habit of going to the Jews first wherever he went to explain the new covenant. And the Jews that were scattered abroad met on the Sabbath day at the synagogues. they usually rejected him and he suffered persecution and then he offered the gospel to the Gentiles.
But the believing Jews seemed to celebrate the Eucharist on the First day of the week. Acts 20:7.
But as I said before, I don’t know anything. I’m just a soul in Love with Jesus.

i've asked Scott to reconcile John 14:15 with Exodus 20:4-6, 8-11 - he can't.
i don't believe it's possible for any catholic to with accuracy and integrity.
The Scriptures have one Author and don't need to be "reconciled" to each other, except in explanation. If you misspoke and you want to know how we justify our doctrine/practice in relation to these texts of Scripture, that requires you to tell us your understanding of them, and how you think Catholic doctrine or practice diverges from them.

Catholicism stands for everyone's holiness. That's why the Church is encouraging us to utilize the sacraments, especially the Sacrament of Confession, to confess our sins, and try our best to not commit them again.

@@tony1685 What are you talking about ? The Priest does not forgive, Jesus forgives. The Priest is the Intercessor. Jesus is present in the Confessional. We KNOW we are forgiven when we get absolution. There is humility in actually going physically to confess, you humble yourself, and have contrition. You also receive a penance, and God's mercy. Catholics believe you receive actual graces from the Sacraments. Confession gives you grace which helps us. Exorcists say Confession is a minor Exorcism. Jesus paid the price as you call it, but we have to repent for our sins and make reparation. You can't just say I accept Jesus as Saviour, one time and do nothing else. That is easy. That takes no commitment or effort. You have to make reparation for your Sins against God. That is what Justice is, and God is Merciful but also Just. He is the Just Judge. 'Whoever's sins you forgive they are forgiven, whoever's sins you retain they are retained.' In saying this, Jesus gave the Apostles the power to forgive Sin, just as the Priests, as successors, have the power.
