By the way, you're making this harder than it needs to be. You're supposed to take the radiator and the fan(s) out as one piece and then disconnect the fan assembly from the radiator and stick it on the new one.

I am replacing an alternator on my 04 Hyundai xg350 and i cant figure out where the two bottom smaller hoses connect

The two gold connectors on the bottom on the radiator, where do they connect ?
while you have it off replace it. the hose that is
replace the top hose cuz it will leak while you have it off
