I've been window shopping plots all over Kenya with fomo but a good friend that bought some plots impulsively told me to relax, no rush. The land will be there. There is no point in spending crucial capital if you don't have a plan. So this video has come at a good time.
    Plot before you buy plots!

All these hype about 50*100 plots, I've warned my friends. Exactly as you said, brother. The reason only reason why land in towns shot up was because of big government projects. It won't happen everywhere, and certainly not everytime. My own plan is to get 10 acres of farming land and add more with time since I wanna go into dairy farming as my retirement plan. The only reason I'd buy a plot is to build a house close to town or set up a business near town. All these guys talking sh*t in the comment section never even took time to listen to the discussion.

actually, one the reasons we currently struggle with food shortage is because of land subdivision across this 50/100 plot model in Mt Kenya.. People are no longer farming and have made land just a tradable asset for investment, brokerage and conning, just look at Kiambu county as the perfect example

Another thing you should consider about Worias is their Muslim religion, Christianity does intentionally teach us about combined investments and it's always about siblings betraying each other e.g. Joseph and brothers, Cain and Abel, Jacob and Esau. No wonder Muslims and Hindus are always far ahead of us.

Excellent point! I hadn't considered that either. Christianity implicitly condones sibling rivalry, competition, even competition between co-wives in a polygamous setup..
Also, there's a strong link between Christianity and toxic capitalism where every man is looking out for himself at the expense of others, instead of pooling resources together for everyone's benefit. And it's this form of capitalism that was taught to us waAfrica by wazungu as our traditionally communal cultures were destroyed..and look at the result today. Family members fight over land, siblings run down businesses that they inherited, etc .

Someone praising islam, condemning christianity when islam is a fabrication of christianity, Judaism, paganism, hinduism and other religions prior. Guys, dont be choir masters and mistresses of things you understand not. Again, the records in the Bible are stories of things that were happening at the time. If David killed Goliath, it doesnt mean we should kill. If Cain was overcome by envy against his bro, doesnt mean christians should be envious. The Bible is explicitly against such ama story ha Cain and Abel inaishia hapo? Haven't you read where Cain was punished by God of the same? haha, you can do better by the way ... I insist, Context over content. Next time, trynna see things for what they are not because you have a problem with a certain religion. Bye. 😂😂😂😂😂
