    I highly recommend you find a pillow. This is a lovely stretch that gets your feet elevated.

    I was searching for Yoga with Bird all lying down and clicked yours by mistake. This was so great, subscribed! I liked a bit different routine than my usual with Bird where the poses were repeated and my body got used to. I’ll be doing more of yours!
