Thanks for reacting to Tom Petty, he has so many great songs, like - Refugee; I Need To Know; A Woman In Love (It's Not Me), Into The Great Wide Open, Learning To Fly, I Wont Back Down or Fault Lines to name but a few. Came for your Bo Burnham reactions, but have to look at some of your other content. Keep up the great work. Take care, keep safe.
Alice n Wonderland works well here because he had a song called -Don't come around here no more- Where he was pretty much dressed as Mad Hatter and Alice had come to his little area.
If you haven't had a chance yet, watch the video for "End of the Line" by the Travelling Wilburys. It was prophetic since members George Harrison, Tom Petty and Roy Orbison have all passed on. Only Jeff Lynne and Bob Dylan remain.
I would love it if you would check out Kaz Hawkins. She's a very underrated soulful artist from Ireland. Not many people know her in the US, although one of the latest video she uploaded to her channel is a fan video from Alabama (Lipstick and Cocaine). The background story of the song will be in the description of the video. I really want you to meet her. Thanks, Cliff!🙏
Wow. I love this song, but I never watched this video before. You said it's like a fever dream? It's actually like a Dream of a Rarebit Fiend. This video is a homage to the legendary early cartoonist and animator Winsor McCay, creator of "Dreams of the Rarebit Fiend" (a series of dreams and nightmares suffered by people who over-indulge in a certain melted cheese dish for dinner) and "Little Nemo in Slumberland" (the dream adventures of a small boy). Rarebit Fiend and Little Nemo were comic strips published from 1903-1911, and if you want some trippy and bizarre stuff, go check them out. McCay also did very early experiments in animation. His cartoons were so popular that some were adapted into short live-action silent movies. This video is entirely in the McCay style, and includes references to specific cartoons of his, such as the flying bed, the huge mosquitos, Tom Petty becoming a giant and climbing the buildings, the roads and stairs that turn into endless mazes or rollercoasters, etc. Omg, so much fun - one my favorite rockers and one of my favorite comics artists.
Do you listen to heavy metal at all? I would LOVE to see your real-time reaction to Metallica's "Am I Evil?" from the album Kill 'Em All (1981, I think? I was just a toddler.) It's one of the sickest songs of all time!
One of my favorite Tom Petty songs with a trippy video is Don’t Come Around Here No More. There are so many great ones lol

He's got many great hidden gems as well, Walkin from the fire for example.
R.I.P. Tom Petty!!
Mary-Janes last dance is a 🔥🔥🔥 song!! One of my favorites from him. He's actually one of my favorite artists! Was so sad when I heard he passed away
Love that song, the video with Basinger was amazing and was hard pressed to condemn Petty character for nabbing the body (′ꈍᴗꈍ‵)
You don’t know how it feels & last dance with Mary Jane both r soooo good, pls react 🤞🏻
You said it very well, “Once in a lifetime you get an artist like Tom Petty.”
It's based on an old newspaper comic strip called Little Nemo.
oh god this can't be your only Petty & the Heartbreakers song. American Girl. Free Fallin. Won't Back Down.
Alice n Wonderland works well here because he had a song called -Don't come around here no more- Where he was pretty much dressed as Mad Hatter and Alice had come to his little area.
"Don't Come Around Here No More" is a fantastic video of Tom Petty. Please check it out
When He says "Me and Del were singing, Little Runaway" That's another song you should hear. Del Shannon. Runaway.
Mike Campbell lays down one of the best guitar solos ever on this song in my opinion.
Pretty would never have becime so succesful without Campbell by his side
An 8-ball is a slang term for some kind of substance too. I've heard my dad say it. This reminds me of The Wall. Like an acid trip of sorts lol
Cocaine
8 ball is an 1/8oz of cocaine

One of my favorite artists and my first concert💫💫 So many great songs, i would definitely check out Last Dance with Mary Jane,
Please check out Stan Rogers song Baretts Privateers.
Reminscences of Antoine St. Exupéry's 'Little Prince' in the video
