Great work on moving that oil cooler around twice and getting it back out on track, would have thought it would have worked when it was directly mounted on the front (even if compromising the IC). Interested to see how you resolve this problem.
Should have just whipped the front middle grill out of the leon that badge probably effecting like 5~10% of flow to the intercooler, 14:02 you really need like a 90 degree curved bent plate there to force the air up through the oil cooler or if you can less of a 90 degree angle perhaps some small pc style type fans on the back, just an idea, 17:40 but them straps ufft....
Only a few mins in the the trackday side of it and can already tell it’s full of useless twats and big egos because of brand names 😂 do well to keep your patience with some of that lot out there
Nice work on the Leon. Egging me on to get mine finished now
Finger crossed Ryan!!! 😎

Deffo not ideal but the top Grille is part of the carbon bumper so was a last case. Sorted now!
made the hole the bonnet and air flow to oil was disrupted .
Not the issue
Make a shroud to scoop the air up into the cooler rather than it forcing its way back and past it air always finds the route of least resistance
It's in the bumper properly now!
@@ryanp6138 nice keep up the good work. I'll have to pop up when I'm ready to do my project car 😁

It's usually like that. No one likes a diesel Seat overtaking them!
