Happy you tried this dose ! Cook dosa slowly under medium flame till it turns to brown colour at bottom side. Drizzle ghee or oil generously over and around edges of dosa.

Then it used to be time for me to visit the doctor. The code word in South India for getting injections and beatings is called masala dosas. She would 100% gimme one or more painful injections on my bums. After getting i used to visit my aunt's place where she used to see me rubbing my bums and tease me that the doc gave me masala dosa on one bum and special rava masala dosa on the other bum😥😥😥she used to ask me if i want to eat more icecreams in rains again

Are you using gas stove? What is the diameter of the tawa? I am struggling with an expensive cast iron tawa and that is why I am asking this question. Pls reply. Also, totally how much water did you use for making the batter?
