The more you increase the volume you can hear a bit of it yes Even if people say it's impossible for us to hear some frequencies some of us can. Some of us even can see IR. I actually can see IR in a pitch dark room if you point a remote it my eye and flash it I can see the IR glow (it's red directly to the eye not purple)
