Also, my scalp also used to hurt a lot when I put my hair up in ponytails, so I’d just make a low pony tail and leave the ends of my hair on the tie, idk how to explain it, but basically as if it was undone? That’s what I do now and it’s still good to keep hair out of my face ☺️

Wow! Beautiful morning routine! I would recommend doing photography too, for me it helps clear my mind (but I don't have and like fancy materials). For the ponytail thing I would recommend a low and not that tight ponytail. Love your videos!!

Hey Sara to help with your headaches with the ponytail, I recommend you to try braiding your hair. It keeps your hair out of your face looks cute and it's low effort! not to mention it won't damage your hair and it's promotes hair growth.

Hi Sara! We (kids and I) Love your videos!! I love your garden!! We have a small one with some trees and veggies too, is so relaxing. One trick for your macadamia tree and actually for all your plants is to take out all the dry leaves 🍁 out, also the ones that are at the bottom or down the tree, that way, all the sun energy and water will go directly to the tree to grow ♥️

For the pony tail, i suggest using a scrunchie or a more secure hair tie that can be lose without falling out. Otherwise maybe just dont tie it as tight, or even a low pony. i hope this helps! xx

Sara, something to try for the ponytail -- what I usually do is: pull the hair into the ponytail with your hands and wrap the elastic like you normally would, except do not wrap it fully tight -- don't make the final twist yet. Grip the elastic and gently rotate your wrist without pulling, like you are drawing a circle on your scalp. That will gently move the elastic a little bit farther from the scalp. Then you can do the final twist of the elastic to make it tight so it doesn't fall out. This method works for me to create a little extra space between your elastic and your scalp so you don't get a headache or break hairs off from the pulling. And unlike when you wrap the elastic all the way tightened first and then try to pull it farther from the scalp, you won't pull it out too far or unevenly so it droops and looks funny with that pouch of hair beneath the elastic and the flat top -- and it won't pull out the hair. I hope those were clear instructions for trying this and I hope it helps your struggles! Your videos are such fun, Sara, thank you so much for all the work you put into bringing creativity, joy, and warmth to people you have never met.
