Timing belt is a must. When doing the belt, best to do the front seals if you can get to them. Also, good idea to replace the long oil cooler hose while you are in there. it is a PITA. Also, the 5VZFE is picky with plug wires, and when one fails, the engine will not run well. I recommend having a set handy in preparation for that. I found that shops don't keep them in stock the hard way. Check the frame for rust and treat the areas ASAP.

Brother you need to replace that radiator. It’s discoloured and greenish. It will fail very very soon. Also check lower ball joints.
